Josh was friendly and helpful the first visit I had them come out, he was great. I had them come back out this year cause I was having issues after I just spent 1,500 with them last year. This service was horrible they didn't fix it, charged over 200 dollars. Then gave me quotes for 3500 and 7000 and said my unit was done I needed a new one. I sweated it out for a few and got a second option, the other company came out and fixed it for under 200 and gave amazing service.

I called this company back and was trying to explain how I felt taken advantage of and the office manager was rude he kept trying to tell me he didn't think his tech would do that but I watched the new company I had come out rewire it and it started working. Long story short don't use them, they'll over charge you and lie to you. Try Service Tech inc. they are amazing and service is the best!

I have been using Home and Commercial Services for almost a year now. I called them last year because one of the vents in my house was broken and they came same day to fix it for me. Now I use them for thereby annual HVAC maintenance plan. They're always on time and always professional. I think they have super great prices and I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the city for HVAC. If you like family when you use Home and Commercial Services.

Keeley, Eric and all the guys there are top notch professionals that did an outstanding job getting us the right unit at the right price. We had a difficult install due to mistakes that were made on the previous install and they even went out of their way to troubleshoot and correct the situation for us- no extra charge. This company is the best! They can handle any type of HVAC or refrigeration issues with no problem at all. As well as other issues as well. All of there employees are very honest & trustworthy. I see Daniel & Josh mostly when they come out to work on, replace or troubleshoot any of my issues & they are always on time & just do a complete thorough service every time.

My experience with HCS has been very positive. They are friendly, experienced and professional. My first experience was when they installed an electrostatic attic fan. They did an excellent job and the fan improved the temperature in the attic. They have continued to maintain my existing heat pump. I can rely on and feel confident in their advice. I plan to use HCS when my heat pump needs to be replaced and for further maintenance needs.

Excellent knowledge, timely service, very competitive pricing, and refreshing professionalism all around. We had a service call with Daniel French at noon on Wednesday. After a 30 minute inspection, we had established the coil leak and I received a thorough explanation and price breakdown for both the attic evaporator coil replacement and exterior 13 year old condenser replacement. Eric Perkins and Daniel had the new unit in place and running, the coil swapped, and the job site cleaned by noon on Friday. We couldn't be more impressed or satisfied. Highly recommend.

I called on 8/25/21 because my AC wasn't cooling. Not only did I get an appointment set for the same day but the entire team was professional and so nice! Called the company to replaced a 10 ton unit at one of my buildings in Birmingham on the third floor and was not expecting the work to be completed so quickly. Daniel French and his team consisting of Josh, Jacob and Eric got the complete install completed in 2 days, even with rain. I really appreciate that they worked to accommodate the tenants in my building as addressed older issue that had been reported to ensure that their install was not impede by anything. You should definitely use this company if you value professionalism and a timely response.

One of my friends had an issue with their heating system and used home and commercial services and they were incredibly impressed with the quality service they received. Keely Brown will do anything to help her customers and they are reasonably priced.

I can not say enough about Home and Commercial Services! I recently had an issue with my heat pump blowing cold air. My home warranty company had sent three separate companies out to my house to fix the problem.

Mr. Holland came out to our house at 9pm in November 2012 because our heat had went out and we informed him that we had two small children in our home. He had excellent skills and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
