They are amazing i definitely recommend! The costs are reasonable and Scott who was our tech was absolutely amazing in informing us on every step he was doing! I will definitely be saving their information and be scheduling regular maintenance checks! I had done tons of research for 3 days straight on my AC unit and costs around town because typically HVAC techs try to lie about the AC units and issues and they work off commission and before i had contacted mission heating and cooling i contacted D&H where that tech completely lied to use about the issues of our AC to try and get more money! but the fact that scott came out and was completely transparent form the beginning was super reassuring and certainly gained my trust and my husbands.

He was very straightforward super friendly and did everything all in 10-15 minutes! Turns out the $2400 fix that D&H was trying to charge us was only $200 fix with mission heating and cooling and they solved the actual problem while educating us and instilling trust and providing such efficient and accurate service! I Highly recommend again just so practice and affordable while actually giving us the great and accurate service we needed!

Mission Heating & Cooling has been my HVAC maintenance company for almost 10 years, and I have to say that I have had the best experience using their service. I have them come out every summer to check up on my A/C Heat/Pump and so far so good. The technicians are friendly, and knowledgeable. As a home owner, I really appreciate that! They Installed a New HVAC system and I highly recommend this Company! With Covid19 We had delays in equipment but they honored the Quoted Price. We had some issues with rooms being warm and they have responded. They have ordered parts to balance air flow in our New system, for No additional costs. If You Need a professional look no further! I've used mission heating and cooling 4 years and have nothing bad to say it's actually opposite. Talk about a company that still values the customer, which is quite rare these days, They provide a great service, have great equipment, and nobody that I know of can beat their warranty services! If you are having any air-conditioning problems These guys would b the first on the list to call. Today I had the pleasure of Mission Heating and Cooling to come by and get my A.C.going. The response time was great, called Jackie at The Office. In turn she told me that Scott would be out after 1:30. He was there on time and he started up my Fifth Wheel A.C. in about an hour. I was told it couldn't be done, needed a new unit. Got charged the normal 1 hour of service and now I have a working a.c. for a fraction of what a new unit would of cost. Thanks Scott and all uyou guys at Mission

Found the issue with my AC quickly. I had called my home warranty company before calling Mission Heating and Cooling and they sent somebody who didn't convince me found the problem but still quoted me a $1500 fix. Called Mission Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and they found the problem quickly and had it fixed at a fraction of the home warranty's estimate.

I highly recommend Mission Heating and Cooling. Changed from evaporative cooler to HVAC split system with A/C on roof of 2 story Bldg. They made sure to get me squared away and cool as soon as possible. Installers were courteous, hard working and kind. The owner finished up and checked over everything and took the time to answer all my questions. Got a second quote at the start from a large a/c business and their quote was almost double of Missions price! Very happy and cool!

We were completely impressed by the care and friendly service we received from the staff Ellie when I made the first call about replacing our AC unit. She was patient, caring and helpful. Terry and Mike the two technicians that came out to install our new unit. Something as simple as calling me Sir, should me the class of company we were dealing with.

Company came out and installed a Single Zone Mini Split System but could not finish the Job the Same Day I had to repetitively tell them to come out and finish the Job to Instal the Line Set Covers which they did not fully Complete I requested the Remaining Exposed Line Set to be taped with HVAC Tape but they did not want to I don't understand why they could not Finish the Job the Same Day or afterwards this just tells me they are not Responsible and Honest I would highly avoid Using this Company and for the Record to the Owner you do have me as a Customer and I did Use your Services

We had two air conditioner/furnace units installed. Crew showed up on time. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Units are high quality, look great and super quiet, which is what we were wanting. Job was done per the quoted price, even though there was a slight misunderstanding with finish work to be done to reclose the ceiling. We had a question late the same night of install.

They called us back after hours and sent a technician early the next morning. The scheduler was very pleasant. She kept us informed of timing and registered all of our units for the warranties, which was great! We highly recommend them and will use them again.

Very satisfied with Mission. Joe and Luis did an excellent job installing my new ac system. They were both courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. This company cares about making life long customers and not just a quick sale. I am very satisfied how the entire install turned out. I will definitely use this company again.

Mission did a great job getting our AC blowing ice cold again, and they worked quickly and honestly. They were very friendly and professional, servicing without trying to rush even in the middle of summer. Mission gave us honest advice and a very fair price. Very happy with this company! The unit they suggested is perfect! It runs very cold and is very efficient. Chandler is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and answered all of our questions. The installation was done so quickly. Included is a 10 year parts warranty and 2 year exchange warranty. We just had it installed in May so we haven't run the heat except to test it out and it works great as well. We could not be more happy with this company and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Before you read my review make an appointment with this company ASAP because you want Mission to take care of you and your family. I have owned homes for over 40 years and never had a contractor and his team who not only excel in their workmanship but also in their knowledge. Mission goes above and beyond anything that you would expect and is always courteous to the homeowner.

Mission is a company that wants to keep you as a lifelong client and NOT a company that just wants your wallet. My family and I lost our A/C during the hottest 2021 Arizona heat and Chandler (owner) personally came out the next day to take care of our A/C knowing that my wife is ill and I have pets. Michael and Terry did a great job installing my AC/Heat Pump. They arrived as scheduled, and the installation looks great. I have used Mission to replace both of my units - they have great customer service and responsive warranty support. I can't say enough about this company! My house has two different sized units. Mission Heating and Cooling installed 2 MOEAC units to replace the old ones. The initial install went smoothly, the installers cleaned up after themselves leaving no finger prints or trash behind. Which is expected. After this however, they really went above and beyond. when they got my old units back to the shop they compared the compressor data to the nameplate data on each unit and found they didn't match.

Apparently when the units were initially installed, they were installed backwards - the big unit feeding down stairs, and the little unit feeding upstairs (I was always told the smaller tonnage unit was higher efficiency, that is why it was physically larger) The contractor that initially installed them apparently swapped the nameplate panels on the condensing units to get through inspections. Realizing they used the blower section to place the units, Mission then scheduled a time to return and swap the units fixing an issue that had existed for over 10 years!

The condensing units being outside my office window were very noisy as they clanked on and off. The new MOEAC units are quiet and can't even be heard. My electric bill was over $700 and I expect these units to drop it significantly. Thank you Mission!

The office staff has the best customer service I've ever experienced, very friendly and helpful. The owner and his co-worker very nice, worker fast to restore our A.c. in the hot heat, very positive people, I would HIGHLY Recommend this company.

I met Chandler and Danielle through mutual, God-loving friends. Immediately I got a great feeling of love and respect. They opened their home to my daughter and I and served a fantastic meal. Although I haven't needed Chandler's services, when I do (though) that is first company I'll look for, without a doubt!

Family Owned and Operated, Excellent and HONEST service, Easy to work with. You can find a dozen other companies here in So. AZ that service Heating & Cooling, but you will not find another company that shares the values and overall service that Mission Heating & Cooling provides.
