I have a mini split system in my guest house and it stopped working the day before a guest was flying in to visit us. I called Laz at Nel & Sons and he had someone there right away to fix the problem. Their service tech was clean and polite and completed the work in no time. The guest arrived and had no idea that if Laz didn't come through from me, she would be in a hotel. Thanks Laz for the great work.

They come out to fix a one year old AC unit that wasn't cooling and said the problem was the wires to AC and heat were switched. Replaced thermostat and AC worked fine. This week it got cold, we turned on the heat and had the opposite problem: only cold air came out. They came out again and charged $185 for the call, to fix something that should have been done right the first time. I would not recommend.

My very old air conditioner was not cooling so i called Nell and Sons and they sent someone over the very next day to fix the problem. The air conditioner worked for about another 2 years before she finally died. i called them once again, and they gave me a great price on a new high efficiency unit. they installed fast and I have had no issues since. Nel & Sons are a pleasure to work with. i will definitely use them again.

So the unit these guys installed in April stopped blowing out cold air. YAY! After trouble-shooting the equipment, I called them and left a message, it was maybe 10 pm. The next day at around 11:30 am, someone was already there and fixed it. Dude wasn't exactly sure what went wrong, which frustrates me a bit, but they corrected it and assured me they would figure it out if it happened again. Can't complain too much, they fixed the problem quickly and obviously didn't charge me.
