They were brave enough to climb atop my washer/dryer to fix and replace my dryer plugin and outlet. The washer and dryer were in an enclosed space in my condo and couldn't be moved to far out, but they managed to do it perfectly. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

I used them multiple times and they did a fantastic job, including one very large project. I even had one billing issue which they quickly resolved for me. They are responsive and thoroughly explain the issue and proposed repair.

Mr. Rogers provides skillful electric work, exceptional customer service, and the highest level of professionalism. Mo and Kayci did a fantastic job installing a very delicate glass light fixture and fan, taking great care to make sure the fragile fixture was installed securely. They arrived on time, cleaned up everything, and were sure to make sure I was a happy customer, which I absolutely was. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Abraham and Alfonso with Mister Rogers Electric came to our home in March to first give us an estimate of work that we needed done, and then a second time to complete the agreed upon work. Both men were friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Abraham was able to give me a quote on the spot after walking through the house and inspecting it with Alfonso.

I asked him what various options would cost and he could immediately tell me. I was then able to discuss with my husband and make a decision, and we set up the next appointment for them to complete the work. On the day of the second appointment they contacted me in a timely manner about their arrival time, were on time, and completed the work on time as well. They answered all my questions and were respectful of our house. I would (and have!) highly recommend(ed) Mr. Rogers Electric.

We purchased a 70-year old home in 2020, and figured there would be some issues we'd have to address sooner than later. Over the last two years we noticed quite a few lights flickering, have had an inordinate number of bulbs - even LEDs - burn out, lost over half of our Christmas tree lights this past year, and were tripping a breaker probably once a month or so.

It was time to seek the advice of a professional. We called Mr. Rogers and they came out to see what was going on. Given the age of the house, the configuration of the breaker panel (and sub-panel), and the symptoms we had been experiencing, they figured this was all the result of an old electrical system that had been expanded beyond its capacity. Mo - our technician - recommended a new power panel with a lifetime warranty and room for additional breakers for future growth (e.g. installing additional circuits in the garage for all the tools, future solar panels, future electric car chargers, etc.).

We scheduled for a month or two out when I would be home. Mr. Rogers took care of the permitting, installed a new grounding system into the earth and bonded it to our water system, installed a brand new power panel with a whole-home surge protector, and finished it all in 2 days with only 2 areas of drywall disturbed. They did not fix the drywall, but they were upfront about that well before the work even began, so no complaints there.

We had a minor issue immediately afterward where our electric range was not working properly. I texted Mo and he came out the next morning to troubleshoot. It turned out to be a minor issue with where the breaker was located in the panel (essentially the range was only getting 120V vice the 240V it needed), and he fixed it right then and there. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of work was superb. We will definitely be using Mr. Rogers for any future electrical work.

Mr. Abrahan and his associate were very professional, courteous, and pronounced our names correctly. They wore face masks, covered their shoes, and did a great job cleaning after themselves. The installation fee was pretty steep compared to what we are used to in the Midwest, but I guess this is the east coast. We will certainly call on Mister Rogers Electric should we need service again.

Very polite, courteous, and professional gentlemen helped us with understanding the current electrical situation, explaining things in a clear manner, so that I felt confident that I understood what and why they were finding what they did. Almost like a fun lesson for this overly interested customer! Men were on time, it was easy to schedule and reschedule the appointment with Katie, and I would definitely use again if needed. We have used this company since 2015. They replaced the electric panel in our townhouse, then we moved, and they have replaced the electric panel in our home. They have installed recessed lighting in several rooms of our home, and they've done minor projects around the house. They are always reliable, reasonably priced, and very professional.

The staff are so friendly, and we really enjoy working with them. They also do very good work and they are very knowledgeable about electrical work in older homes. We highly recommend them.

I cannot be happier with the service I received from Mister Rogers Electric. Their electrician, Omar, installed four recessed lights and a ceiling fan in ceilings without existing lighting. Omar was very courteous and professional, and he went above and beyond to help us repair the holes in our drywall created by the installation of lights and replace our old outlet covers so they matched the new light switches. Omar also helped us choose how many lights we needed and where they should be installed.

The entire process was quick and easy. Mister Rogers sent Omar to our home within a few days of requesting a quote, and he provided us an accurate estimate of the costs. We were able to schedule the actual installation within a couple weeks of the initial visit.

We've used Mister Rogers Electric twice now and both times we were very satisfied. The pricing was upfront and fair. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. Richard Moreno from Mr Rogers Electric came to our home twice - first to give a quote, then to do the work. Mr. Moreno was extremely polite and professional. He carefully explained each element of the job, and patiently answered our questions and made adjustments to a hanging light he was installing until it looked good to us. The assistant he brought to help with the job was also pleasant and polite.

I am completely happy with the quality of the work done, the clean-up after the work, and the interactions with Mr. Moreno and his assistant. We did have some sticker shock when we got the quote. After sleeping on it we felt that the price was worth it to be sure the work was done right. Now that it is done, I have no regrets. I think we could have gotten away cheaper if we re-used a part or two, and maybe next time I'll ask more questions. But overall we are extremely satisfied, and we will certainly use Mr Rogers Electric for our next electrical job.

The technician, Abraham, was early, the office called to see if it was ok first. He was very professional and courteous while providing the quote for the services I was requesting. It was not possible to perform those services today, but we scheduled the service visit on the spot and I know exactly how much I will pay to have the services when he comes back.

I used Mr Rogers on the recommendation of a neighbor and, so far so good. Abraham returned on schedule to complete the service and took care to protect the work areas. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He had all the items needed to complete the installation.

Abraham did the work on our house. It was done in a timely manner and correct the first time. The job site was left perfectly clean. I will have Mr Rogers back in the spring to run some outdoor outlets and I will request Abraham do the work.

We didn't have anything terribly difficult done, but our technician was excellent. If you are going to use Mister Rodgers ask for Omar Barahona. He was knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and very efficient. Would definitely recommend him.

Great and reliable electricians. They were able to hang ceiling fans, a chandelier and some pendant lights in half a day. They kept the place clean and discussed with me any recommendations prior to completing any work. They are also backed by a warranty. They were great!

I had MRE replace my electrical panel. It was a great experience, so I had them back to install a ceiling fan in my office, a light fixture in my attic and a few other items. Again, a great experience. Omar and his assistant were fantastic - on time, thorough, fast, and thoughtful. I'm really glad to have found this company and I will definitely have them back for future projects!

We have used Mister Rogers electric twice for panel replacements. We totally replaced a panel in what we *thought* was our forever home, but, being crazy people, we sold our forever home to buy another forever home. The first had a panel that the previous owner had "tinkered with" and we wanted to straighten that out. In our current home, the existing panel was from the early 70's, out of slots, and nowhere near current electrical standards.

In both cases, the electricians with Mister Rogers Electric were knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard - and late - to make sure our power was off for just one day. And I really like that the electrician who *bid* our work was also the electrician who *did* our work. It meant that he showed up on site already understanding the scope of work because he wrote the scope of work.

They also did all the "we're in your home" stuff really well: masks, booties on their shoes, trying to keep it quiet while we were on phone calls (or at least saying "hey, I'm about to make a bunch of noise drilling through your exterior brick wall.") They left the workspace neat and clean and fully explained the work to us in layperson terms - showed us the panel, the grounding, and answered simplistic questions.

They might cost a bit more than others out there, but not by much. And that money buys you assurance that the work is done on time, done well, and by people who understand they're disrupting your life for the time of the work.

Mr. Roger's Electric installed recessed lights in my condo and repaired an outdoor outlet. I was very happy with the professionalism of the electrician, Mr. Fransys Moreno, and with the results of the lights installation. My walls and ceiling are made of reinforced plaster, so it was quite a challenging job for Mr. Moreno and his associate. They did a great job in getting the lights installed, and I'm very happy with the complete change in the room with the new lights. I'm also looking forward to being able to put up outdoor lights this holiday season!

Fransys was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and he saved me ~$1000! Prices were roughly in line with the first quote I got, but he was able to do just what was needed vice some of the unnecessary work I was quoted for by the first company I spoke with. I feel compelled to update my review because we have continued to use Mr. Rogers Electric for a number of projects around the house and the experience has continued to be outstanding each time. After three years of home ownership and experiences with various companies coming to work on our house, I can say that our experience with Mr. Rogers has been the best by an order of magnitude. Omar in particular has done a lot of the work and has not only done an excellent job, but has been a pleasure to speak to each time. I will not even consider anyone else to do electrical work on our house.

We have used Mr. Rogers electric 3 times now and have been very happy with the service. We always ask for Omar who I'm convinced is the nicest electrician anywhere. He is always on time, diligent, and communicative. He also sends us a note after each visit thanking us for using Mr. Rogers.

I've been so pleased with my experience with this company. The person taking calls is so courteous and responsive and everyone I've interacted with has been so incredibly communicative. Richard went out of his way to answer any and all questions and had such helpful recommendations that I'd use MRE again in a heartbeat! I continue to use Mister Rogers for all my electrical needs. Each time they arrive on time and the price paid never changes. So far, over 4 years, they've installed 2 ceiling fans, overhead microwave with exhaust fan, 2 bathroom fans, 1 exhaust fan, and several upgrades to kitchen electrical outlets. Omar is very detailed. Other projects are on the way.

This is the third time that we've had Mister Rogers Electric help us, and they're still on top of our list for electric work. Omar and Dagoberto came by the old place to uninstall some lighting and put back old fixtures, and then they came to the new place to install the stuff from the old place. Abrahan was great! He was easy to reach and communicate with and did our recessed lighting perfectly. He also installed GFCI outlets and a ceiling fan. An amazing one-man job that took a morning. After having been through several electricians, I will stop at this company!

Omar came out to give an estimate on what seemed (to us!) to be a pretty big, yucky job--upgrading the panel, adding two outlets on either side of our townhouse, and fixing the rats nest of wires that was left behind by the folks who flipped our place. Omar was super professional during the estimate, taking care to listen to all of our requests AND helping us understand a few other presents the flippers left that were definitely not to code and very unsafe.

We hired him to do the work and he did an absolutely outstanding job. We can now do functional things (like plug in an a/c unit and not throw the power or plug in a power tool on the porch, outside, without worrying about the cat escaping), but the biggest difference is that I feel safe in the house knowing that everything is grounded, safely inside a junction box, or outright replaced with cable that is coated in safe, non-melting plastic wrapping and not bits of singed cloth. Would definitely recommend Omar (and Mister Rogers) to everyone!

Tech came by - found out there was a loose wire in one of my outlets. A 5 min job and he billed me $220 for it. I should change by profession.

November 13. Called MRE ago to set an appointment. They were quick to send out a technician this week. Technician was on time, calling 30 mins ahead to confirm the appointment. He was very friendly. Put shoe coverings when entering our apartment. Looked at the problem and gave us some guidance on how to fix the issue. Discussed possible future work that I was interested in and gave us an estimate (which was later emailed to us). I recommend MRE for any electrical work one needs that can't be done DIY.

This is the second time I've used Mister Rogers, and the first time was so awesome, they had a high bar to reach. Richard, my technician, exceeded my expectations. He called to see if he could come early, which was great for me. I had 3 lights I wanted installed. One was not right for the outlet it was meant to be built into. Richard told me how he could make it work, but I didn't think it was worth the time, mess, or money.

The second light and fan was installed perfectly. The third was also a fan and light. He tried everything. Reinstalled, troubleshot in every which way. The light itself was broken. I will definitely use his services again, because though we were only 1 for 3 on the lights I got, none of that was his fault and he tried everything to make it all work for me. He's kind, considerate, and clever with his ability to solve problems.

Fransys and his assistant Richard were terrific! I really appreciated their timeliness, as they showed up at the very beginning of the 2-hour window and freed me up to handle some telework requirements. They were friendly, professional, extremely efficient, and just a pleasure to work with. The estimate was straightforward and Fransys was happy to explain the different prices to me, and when the job turned out easier than he expected, he knocked a good number off the agreed-upon price.

My ONLY slight complaint is, it takes a bit longer to get an initial phone consult and schedule the actual repair than some other places, but I'm willing to sacrifice speed for quality, and these guys definitely provided quality. Fransys will be my go-to for electric repairs from here on out. Thank you, Fransys and Richard!

Top service - all of the great reviews were spot on and we're really glad we went with Mr. Rogers Electric. We had the initial visit and estimate done pre-COVID, when we noticed some water on our electrical panel after a rainstorm. Jaime came out and did a full review and inspection, taking real time and care to explain everything, then explaining different options.

No hard sell at all, just a well-informed overview, sent the formal estimate, and asked us to let them know if we wanted the work done. Finally had the work done last weekend and they were top-notch. Great communication ahead of time, excellent distancing/masks/awareness throughout, and hands-down the cleanest worksite I have ever seen after they left. Would happily use them again and give a top recommendation.

We had Mr. Rogers over twice for small to medium sized repairs. Omar and Fransys were both friendly, quick, honest and skilled. Both finished so quick we had them do extra stuff. Phone staff was friendly and efficient, scheduled jobs within a day. Credit card payment with a tablet was easy. Will definitely call them again.

This was a bad day for Mister Rogers Electric. A $1400.00 job botched to the last detail. I added an additional star cause they sent me a small refund in the mail (took them 2 months to do this. Apparently the check was "lost in the mail" - sure!). Keeping this as short as possible. Attached pictures will tell the story. Quote came in high but I chose Mister R because they have done work at my house before. Was installing a new line to the main breaker box with a new connection to a new bathroom fan. All-in-all 9 holes were cut in my drywall and when they were done they left a mess like I have never seen before.

Drop cloth left behind, dry wall not replaced, saw dust everywhere, drill bits on the floor. It was insane! When I returned home a few days later my wife was in tears. What just happened here? We are done here. Have recommended Mr. R to a few friends but never again. They should have reimbursed us all the cost and fixed the mess they left behind. Instead they sent us a $100 check that we had to work for! What gives? Anyway, chose carefully. Personally we wont do this again. Enjoy the pictures.

I've used Mister Rogers several times and have always been very pleased by the price and the service. They really came through with figuring out how to get an outlet installed for my microwave on the cheap. I also had them come out and install a 240v outlet for a level 2 electric car charger, and it looks great! Heavily recommend requesting Omar he's awesome and really pays attention to details and aesthetics. Will definitely be calling them in the future for my electrical needs.

We recently started work on the home we will be moving into, and with the impending arrival of Baby Fox #2, found our timeline was rapidly moved up and getting really tight. Cesar from Mister Rogers Electric came out to give us an estimate on the work we wanted (ceiling fans and recessed lighting installed, taking out an old intercom/doorbell system, and some other odds and ends) and sent over the estimate right on the spot.

He was very nice and easy to work with, and as a huge bonus, ended up making himself available for us pretty much ASAP even though initially he thought he wouldn't be able to start the work for a couple of weeks. He was super easy to communicate with via phone, text, and in person. Mister Rogers prices are not the cheapest from what I can tell, but he performed stellar work on our exact timeline, showed up exactly when he said he would every time, and in general was a pleasure to work with. I would heartily recommend them for any electrical needs anyone might have -- Cesar really knows his stuff!

My basement is a hot mess from a pipe burst. But I'm taking advantage of this time to get recessed lights installed. Cesar from Mister Rogers came in and discussed options with me and helped me add clear lighting. He was easy-going, efficient and constantly kept me informed on every decision point in the installation of 14 LED lights. We needed an electrician to add an outlet above our stove so that we could purchase a mounted microwave above the stove and free up space on the counter. We also wanted another bathroom outlet. It was hard to get recommendations from friends because many in the DMV area rent rather than own due to the cost of housing. Mister Rogers had great reviews on Yelp so we decided to get an estimate from them and another company we found on Yelp.

Our observations from the estimate visits: Mister Rogers is very polished. They came in wearing uniforms and had booties on their shoes to keep our floors clean. However, the estimate they gave us was nearly 300 more than the other company. The first thought was wow, why are they more expensive? But then my second thought was well, why is the other company so much cheaper.?

I think most people's first instinct is to pick the cheaper option, but I was concerned about quality of the job, or guarantee that we're not going to find issues with the cheaper job later down the line. One thing I did like was that Mister Rogers says they'll do a little bit of drywall fixing, whereas the other company said they don't, meaning they'd leave with gaping holes in the walls. I'm about to have a baby this month, and gaping holes in the walls are not something I was looking forward to.

We decided after all to go with Mister Rogers. They were punctual, had their uniforms and booties, and also laid down tarps everywhere they worked. My husband and I were both working from home that morning, and they were incredibly polite and respectful of letting us continue to work in peace. I think my husband and I were also expecting gigantic holes that they'd have to patch, but they were actually minimal, meaning the drywall touch up was also minimal.

When they were done with the job, they did do a small touch-up on patching the drywall. All my husband has to do now is sand it down and touch up the paint, which is very pleasing to me. In the end, the final cost was $40 less than the estimate as well. In all, I was pleased with the service. Who knows, maybe I DID pay extra for fancy spancy show, when the other company could've done the same job with less frill. However, I do believe I paid for reassurance that the job would be done professionally so close to my due date, a time that I don't want to spend extra effort to make sure things go smoothly or require my husband to shift his focus on helping me with the baby.

Great work, professional etiquette, and reasonable price. We got Fransys and Jorge to finish a couple projects in our old home that would've taken us another 4 weekends to finish. They came out and quoted us (without the sales pitch stuff no one has time for) and started working right away after we gave them the go ahead.
