R&D Pest Services

This is our 6th year with R&D pest control, we ask them to come over and spray outside and inside the house between April and June, and that keep our house bug free for the whole year. Thank you R&D pest control.

Can't say enough good things about R&D Pest Services. I have been using them for over 10 years and they are an A+ service provider from top to bottom. Customer service is the absolute best and the service technicians are always super nice, prompt, and call a day or two before they come out just to make sure it is a good time and date. OH!.and I never see a single bug in the house and they have killed (and keep away) all the black widows and scorpions. Thank you everyone at R&D Pest Services.

We were recommended R&D pest from a few of our neighbors. We were having a problem with brown widows all over the outside of our house. When we got the first spray, we had to leave the house for a couple hours and when we came back home we could already tell it worked. We noticed a couple dead brown widows outside our front door already. Paul was very friendly & quick to respond/treat to our problem.

Critical: Responsiveness I dont know who I just talked but I asked if they took care of wasps nests and I was told they don't have that information. I also asked if they do a one time service or if it's strictly recurring plans and I got the same answer.

Had a few cockroach sightings since this is a condo community and decided to take some preventative measures by hiring R&D Pest services. Mike was very polite, informative, and efficient. We had a bad ant problem. I used over the counter pest spray but it didn't help. We were getting ready to leave for a week vacation and I didn't want to come home to a house full of ants. I called R&D and they were responsive and the tech, Manny call me within an hour. He was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived on time on the day of the appointment. After getting bitten by a spider a few weeks ago, I decided I needed extermination services. I found this company on YELP and called immediately. From customer service answering the phone in a cheerful manner to Dan calling me back with a quote, i found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. They explained their services to me and I decided to go with a bimonthly plan. Dan came out the next day and he sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, shed and garden area. Also, this company follows CDC COVID guidelines which made me feel more confident in them. I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul from R&D Pest services is awesome. Excellent and high quality service. He is always accommodating regarding my busy schedule and is always available at a moments notice. When I noticed I had an ant problem inside the house. He showed up the very next morning. I trust him and I know I can count on him. I was referred to this company from my neighbor 14 years ago. When I moved in this house, I saw the trail of ants. I tried everything to get rid of them, but nothing worked. But when the crew from R&D came out and sprayed inside and out, the ants were all gone. I kept bi-monthly service for more than 10 years, and stopped it since I had never had any bug problems.

I just wanted to save money. But a year ago, I had a problem. Crickets kept coming in and more and more came in. That freaked me out so I called R&D right away. And I couldn't see any from the very next day after they came out and treated the house inside and out. I really wonder what kind of magic they use. They are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We were very impressed with the promptness and professional demeanor of the service tech, Paul. He sprayed the areas inside and out and explained as he went along and what to expect. Ants being our main issue that when they resurfaced I called Paul and he returned and sprayed again without hesitation.

We have been using R & D Pest Services for our home in Escondido since moving here from IL in 1999. It only took one time, having ants crawling all over the place to know we did not want to deal with this.
