Sierra made it happen. We needed stair nose special ordered and she had the "where with all" to order it just in time to get next day delivery. She was willing to share her cell phone so we could send photos and was very professional. Even though I had a perceived emergency she was able to meet my needs politely. Thank you Sierra!

I thought the guys working the showroom were very good and knowledgeable. Other then that I was not impressed. The estimator under estimated how much material was needed. That cost me a few days mid project. The installers were terrible. Im going to prob have to circle back when im done with all the work in my house and bring in another crew to fix the mistakes these guys made.
I don't even know if I can fix everything. They never leveled the floors. Too many dips. They should have given me the option to level spots. I would have gladly paid the extra cost. But they just went over it. I never say anyone pull out a single Level. Bottom line. Buy the floors from them. Don't get suckered into letting them do the overpriced install.

I used Heritage Distributors to install custom cabinets that looked like built in furnture in my dining room and to fill my pantry and laundry with cabinets. They did an amazing job and were so nice to work with. I gladly refer them to all I can! They are honest and kind and hard working. They install very nice cabinets.

Just posted pics. Terrible experience all-around with this company and the installers they used. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to give us a straight answer after we ordered and paid for the materials but before they started installing (that is to say they lied to us often), the installers did a terrible job and our floor boards are coming apart, and it has been over 4 months since they installed and they still haven't come out to fix their shoddy work.
Have told us they'll need to add a break and a piece of stripping in our hallway to prevent the boards from coming apart again. Never again would we use this company, and we are heartbroken we paid them $5,000 for such disgraceful work.
