The receptionist lady not professional. I used service 2 years ago. I was planning on doing lawn, termite and home but the way I was put on the back end like if ny issue at home are not important the lady who I don't remember her name is unprofessional and needs love. I pray she treat customers with love and respect. So sad I was looking forward of using this company again.

Everyone from the office staff and technician were professional, friendly and quick to respond. When I set up my appointment the office called back within an hour to confirm the time they had available. The technician also called shortly after. The day of the appointment the office called as a reminder. The technician called when he was on his way. I will use Tri-S going forward for all of my pest control needs.

Was a customer for the past 8 years. The business has declined greatly. New Office Manager Sherry is rude, condescending and lacks any sort of people skills. An absolute horror to deal with. Owner Ben has suddenly become too busy to speak with customers--such a poor way of doing business. Trust me --there are a ton of there companies tat will give you great service at a reasonable price. This company is run so very poorly and I have hired a new company. Stay away--they ae not worth the aggravation.

I switched to Tri-S last year for lawn treatment service after an unacceptable amount of weeds remained after treatments from my previous company. I have zero issues now; Tri-S has been doing a fantastic job. Their monthly service (rather than bi-monthly from the company I used to use) makes a huge difference. Forget about the big chains. Use this local company. Anytime I have a question or need an additional service, I send an email and they come right out. No hoops to jump through. This is a good company.

We used Tri-S to preform a termite inspection on the house we were buying. They were able to come out the next day, on time, and very professional. The inspector was able to see past termite activity but was also able to see that the issue had been taken care of. He showed us were to look for future activity and let us know how much time we had before we would need a future treatment.

Jason provided me with booster follow-up service today. He arrived on time, is personable, professional, thorough, and let me know what would take place and how he would be working on the premises. Jason also indicated that he would provide me with the paid invoice and the identifying replacement sticker with a 5-year expiration date after he completed the work. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, and have had the same technician all of this time. He is ALWAYS on time, and notes the chemicals used each visit for safety reasons, as I have dogs. Tri S staff is friendly, cooperative and helpful and I will never use anyone else. Best of all, no palmetto bugs inside, and sightings are even rare outside. Wish every company I deal with earned that level of praise!

For 25 years my husband treated our grass for pests, using over the counter stuff. Nothing worked for very long. Finally he gave in to having a lawn care company treat it. I noticed Tri-S was being used by our neighbors, and their lawns looked great, so I asked them to give us a quote. The price was comparable to another company, so we began with them, now a year ago!
We are very pleased with the service and the people working for them. I've even begun having our foliage treated to help get rid of the black spots. That too has worked.
