Best Termite & Pest Control

I have been VERY happy with the service and results! Manny is the best. He treated the whole house, giving the kitchen extra attention since that is the only place we had an issue. He gave me an accurate time estimate about how the problem would be resolved. Offered to come out again in between regular visits if I saw unexpected bugs between visits. When there was a surprise bug in the sink last night, I messaged him and he was back less than 24 hours later to give the kitchen a booster shot.

I've been using BEST pest control for over 4 years now, exclusively with Manny's service. Manny is thorough, friendly, always on time, and answers my many questions. I highly recommend this company with Manny as your guy! Service: Ant extermination

I attempted to end our contract with Best in May via the website but did not see an option to do so. As a result, it was my understanding that our contract with Best would terminate automatically after the sixth contracted service, as it had the previous year. The service we received was of poor quality. Our technician ignored our requests to socially distance, repeatedly knocked on our door despite our clearly posted signs not to ring the doorbell or knock.

He also became defensive when we informed him that we were still seeing pests come into our home. I emailed Best and requested a refund for the service performed in August, as it was not authorized. I would also like to be refunded for the service performed in June as a courtesy. Best did not respond to the email for over a week. Reading their review, it appears this is a pattern, and this company would be be avoided.

DO NOT USE FOR LAWN SERVICE. We hired Best for our lawn service per the recommendation of our landscape installers, and it has been an unpleasant experience from the beginning. We've been using them for about 6 months now, and our lawn is one of the worst in the neighborhood. Keep in mind our lawn was brand new sod with a complete irrigation system that now has broad leaf weeds and large brown spots everywhere.

It's to the point where we have other companies knocking on our door asking if we want help fixing our lawn. I've tried cancelling their service, but they have a clause in their contract that would cost us tons of money if we cancel early. At this point we are going to have to bite the financial bullet to save our lawn and move to a different company.

I don't know if it is the incompetence of their technician, the chemicals they use, the lack of accountability to fix the issues they've created besides "more of the same", or bad business practices, but something isn't working and we are on the receiving end of it. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Angel, Ernie has bailed me out of jams many times throughout the last several years. Best Pest Control simply is the best! They are not a huge Fortune 500 company (although they have a spiffy new website now!), but are large enough to very comfortably treat a property the size of Mandalay. (They treat many larger accounts!)

I set up an appointment for an estimate. They never showed up. Never called. Will be calling a different service!

My fiancé and I hired Best to perform the termite inspection of the home he purchased for the loan. The inspection was completed in March, and we were give a clean bill of health and told we had no termites or termite damage.

We have used Best Pest for years. They have always been reliable and have very competitive pricing. We have had them tent for termites and also treat for carpenter ants. The service is very professional and very thorough.

We have had a great experience with Best Pest Control. They have been doing our pest management on our house for a little over 2 year now. Michael comes out bi-monthly and sprays the outside of our house and makes sure to wipe down any spider webs.

Found Best on google. FIlled out their contact form on their site and had someone call me right around opening time the following business day. Had Michael H show up and he was extremely professional and took care of my whole place while i worked in my home office.
