My experience had been great with BDS. They were very fast to respond to my online quote request, they called me back on the same day and I met with Zoltan the next day at out house. He was very nice, professional, he gave us some valuable advice to save us money and still stick to our design idea. He directed us to some manufacturer's websites to learn about La Cantina and Jeldwen products. Could not be happier with the end result!

My wife and I purchased Milgard Essence windows and doors for our remodel in Poway. We can't say enough good things about our purchase. The products were ordered correctly, they were delivered exactly on the same day Builders Direct promised to deliver them at the time we placed the order. They called us 3 days prior and 1 day prior to the delivery date, they did a great job communicating with us.
After replacing our old vinyl windows with wood windows the entire look of our house improved significantly. We chose Milgard because of the brand name and the full lifetime warranty they offer. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
