Excellent, reliable results. This not the "budget option" or best advertised price company. But if you're looking for excellent work at EXACTLY the price they quote you without any upsells, go with Clean Carpet Rx. MUCH better results and attention to detail than with "the other guys." I love that they use environmentally friendly materials and there's no chemical, plastic or otherwise overwhelming leftover smell.

And as someone who does yoga frequently, so my face is on/near the floor, the carpets being clean is important. I made a decision that I'm willing to pay a little more for my values and taking care of the 'aina. This time I had him clean my couches, which he was able to do last minute and (again not cheap) but AMAZING results!

Beautiful job! Stephen arrived right when he said he would then did a fabulous job of cleaning our very old white upholstered furniture. We have 2 cats and they make a mess of everything but Stephen cleaned it all away and the couch and loveseat look brand new. He also did our 2 area rugs and they look better than they ever did. I highly recommend this company! And I have to say it was less expensive than I thought it was going to be. He did my neighbor's carpeting and it looks terrific, too. An all around superb job!

Steve was very informative and explained the entire process. He completed the cleaning and sanitizing within the time frame he gave us. So disappointed. I called them on Friday- no answer so I left a voicemail. Yelp says they usually respond within 7 hours. A whole 24 hours pass- nothing. Their website says they're customer service professionals are available by phone 24/7!.maybe they're busy, it is the holidays plus bad weather. benefit of the doubt right? So I email them through their 'get a cleaning quote' on their website.

Another 24 hours go by- and nothing. So I waited. and waited. Gave them one more shot and called them on Monday- no answer. So I waited. It's been 5 days since I first contacted them. I can see how much you value your customers. Maybe that's why you can only claim "People love us on Yelp 2018 award recipient". Reality check- we're not in 2018 anymore.

You can bet I went somewhere else- and they were great! In return for being ignored- I leave this ravingly fantastic review, and will let my circle of friends, family, and coworkers know. don't call you up. You can't even be bothered to return a phone call, or email.

Cleaning made my carpets look brand new! Steve was professional and punctual and made my home look like I had just installed new carpet! The only regret I have is that I didn't get them cleaned sooner. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Stephen arrived to the appointment on time, and they even sent a text message letting me know when he was on his way. Our cream colored couch and ottoman had seen better days, and had a few stains. Stephen got all the stains out, and brought the whole set back to life. He was professional and kind, and I will happily choose Clean Carpet Rx next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning done.

Clean Carpet RX is great! This is the third time we have used them to clean our carpets and furniture, and, like usual, everything looks great. They are very professional, reliable and prompt. We will definitely be using them again!

I have used other carpet cleaning services before and they have always responded quickly, no questions asked on who hired or paid them. On 08-27-2020, the carpet was supposedly cleaned by this company. However when I entered the property on 08-31-2020, I could smell pet odor coming off the carpet and see pet hair everywhere as well. There were also circular brown spots which looked like it leaked from their cleaning machine.

I called Stephen and was shocked with the way he handled my concern. He said it would be another cost for them to come back after the service was done. I denied their service and told him I will look elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this company, as they provide poor service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Stephen and Lionel were great. We had a couch, 2 chairs, and 2 area rugs cleaned. They look and smell like new. Red clay and dirt/grime were embedded in our things thanks to 2 hounds. It's all gone now! The crew was professional, efficient, kind, and followed the necessary requirements to stay safe during COVID. We will definitely use them again.

We saw the reviews for this and decided to try it out. We have a 2 year old and 2 doggos that like getting into trouble. Called and was received by Steven. Super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us a very reasonable price to clean our 3 bedroom 1200sqft townhouse. In 2 days time, they were out exactly when they said they would. I was not home, but my wife let him in and watched him get to work.

She didnt catch the technicians name, but was very impressed with his attention to detail. Carpet we thought were gone to slime and playdoh wars were brought back to life. Stairs that were stained for years looked pretty brand new again. He got into every nook and cranny there was. Our microfiber couch didnt have dog/baby smells anymore. It was awesome.

And he even brought up his products he was using was pet and kid friendly. Overall, a very excellent service from beginning to end. Next time we need carpet cleaning, definitey calling steven again. Mahalo

Clean Carpet RX rocks! My tenant wore shoes on the carpet for a year and left other scary stains. Clean Carpet RX got everything out! So impressed! Will definitely use them again and again.

I love this company. They are responsive, responsive and effective. They send reminders via text for the appointment and then send you a text that tells you when the technician is 30 minutes away. That is so helpful. Then the carpet is so clean. I have a dog that is known to have an accident here or there. They are able to get the stains out and the house smells so much better. I will use Clean Carpet Rx again and again.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I received a call back the next day and they were able to book me for the following weekend. Technicians were respectful and mindful that they were in someone else's home, not just their "job site". They conveyed the aftercare for the carpet clearly and payment was a breeze. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly cleaning.

Had an overall good experience with this Clean Carpet Rx. It was easy to make an appointment. They came on time during the time frame promised (9-11am). Lionel and one other worker were the employees who serviced us. Lionel was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything pretty thoroughly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish they gave a confirmed appointment time instead of a 2-hour window. Also, they use their shoes in your home which was immediately a red flag. Naturally, since here in Hawaii it's uncommon to wear shoes in the house, this stood out to me.

When I brought this up, Lionel explained that it's a safety precaution for them as employees and that they will always work backwards and not "re-walk" on the areas they just cleaned. I then asked/suggested if they have a separate set of shoes for using indoors, but his response was that they need to go in and out for the equipment they'd be using.

I guess it would've been cool to see them use shoes for just indoor-use or shower caps over their shoes and put a tarp outside by the front door which is really the only area they go outside when going in and out. I appreciated that they removed the small area of wax that spilled and dried on my carpet. I posted before and after photos although it's not a major noticeable difference since I have Berber carpet which it's pattern and weave make it harder to see dirt/grime.so when cleaned, it's not as noticeable. Overall it was a good experience!

An update! A happy customer in the end. :) Thank you to both Stephen and Lionel for reaching out to me and apologizing about the situation! Today, Nick came by (super friendly and personable!) and spot treated that particular stain as well as a few other spots that reappeared. He said it was most likely from the machine dripping. Nick also gave me some treatment to use if the problem should arise again.

Who knows if this treatment will work or if the stain will reappear in a few hours again. All I know is that I am happy they reached out and came back to fix the problem. Also they said the treatment is as eco-friendly as it gets (another bonus!) Thank you Nick!

We used clean carpet Rx for a move in cleaning last week and Nick and Francis did an excellent job. They were extremely patient with the on post gate access process and I am still amazed at all the dirt and pet hair that they were able to remove from our carpet. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are AWESOME! Super professional, courteous, friendly, and more than fair prices. I had a 8am appointment and the techs were there by 745am. They even beat me to the house. I was running late due to a car accident and they were completely understanding and patient. The carpet came out FANTASTIC and they were in and out in 1 1/2 hour flat! EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!

Absolutely thrilled with my service! My husband refused to throw away our old couch. It still had life left in it, but was pretty gross from having kids! Lionel said he would try to get as much of the stains out as he could, but it probably wouldnt be 100%.

Highly recommended. A little pricier than other options, but worth every penny in my opinion. Excellent professional service. Nick and Francis were on time in the quoted window, communicated clearly on the phone beforehand and showed up ready to work. The service was very fast and convenient (Done in less than an hour). I have very light colored carpet and the movers who came the day before left black oily spots all over the place.

Like others, I also hired Clean Carpet Rx based on their Yelp reviews and ratings and sure enough, they measured up to the 5 star ratings that everyone raves about. I had a 3 bedroom Navy house with carpet on the second floor and I also have a small dog.so prior to move out, I'm required to get the carpet professionally cleaned and also need to get it treated for flea and ticks.

These guys did an amazing job in cleaning the carpet and making it smell great.in fact, the carpet looked brand new! I passed my move out inspection with no issues, instead I received a complement on how the house didn't smell (prob because I had a pet) and I know it was due to the carpet cleaning. Stephen and Nick both did a wonderful job and were both very professional, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. There is no need to search anymore, hire these guys now!

Booking the appointment was super easy and Stephen was very nice and answered all my questions.
