I just wanted to thank the guys at MD when our building had a fire and flooded they had the place secured and the water up in 2 1/2 hours they did an awesome job, fast and very professional. The building I live in constantly gets flooded because of old pipes so much so that MD restoration should just open an office here. That being said, I've seen my share of MD restoration workers and they've all been pretty good. My most recent experiences were so awesome I felt compelled to write a review. The unfortunate instance where one might need to rely on a company like MD can be incredibly stressful and frustrating so it's absolutely crucial that you not only have experienced professions come out, but also personable folks like Yonell and Robert! I wish I never have to see a water restoration company again but if I need one, MD is the best on the island.

Our first time having the living room carpet cleaned by MD Restoration--did not realize that MD also did regular home carpet cleaning! Highly recommended by a relative and did not disappoint! Russell Okamura provided us with great care, explaining the cleaning & drying process--very pleasant experience. I also did not realize that MD is a general contractor--very versatile company and will consider MD for any future home improvements. Thank you also to Dailyn and Paul for their assistance in scheduling to get this done!

On April 27, 2022, Anthony Luis from MD Restoration started our office glass window wall restoration. He's very professional and communicates graciously. He worked on the restoration for 3 days. Each day he kept his work area clean and tidy. His workmanship is superb! I took photos before he started. I also took photos at the end of each day.

It was amazing to see his precision and superior work. After the restored wood frame work were completed, they painted the inside and outside to perfectly match our current paint colors. The glass window wall looks awesome and no more leaks during the recent high rains. Background & price quote: Our building is old. The entire wall for one office consist entirely of wooden framed glass windows.

Over the years, the outside wooden frame of each window deteriorated. During high rains, the water leaked into the office and saturated the carpet. We contacted MD Restoration and 2 other restoration companies. MD Restoration provided quick, prompt, and competitive pricing for this project. Of the 2 other restoration companies, one provided a higher quote.

The other company never provided a quote even though they did a site review--they told me after numerous calls asking for the quote that they didn't have the expertise to do this type of restoration work. I highly recommend MD Restoration. I will call them for all our restoration work. Great communication, prompt service, excellent workmanship = worth the $$$.

Russall O. & Mark were over to clean our whole-house carpet. They were friendly, fast, courteous and very professional! They explained their process and went right to work! Wow. What a difference the hot water extraction made to our 12-yr old carpet. My hats off to Russall & Mark! They did a great job. Thank you. Lance and Justin's work included removal of dry wall, flooring and cabinets where water damage occurred, sealing off affected areas and testing them for mold and asbestos and preparing areas for restoration. They were neat friendly timely and careful in explaining what had to be done and the time it would take. All work was done professionally. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day and showed up on time as planned.

We highly recommend them. Tony Tibuyen came out to install our cabinet and replace marble top and faucet in laundry area. He was very professional, gave me cnoices, cleaned up very well and was a nice person to have in our home. Recommend him highly.

Huge shout out to Yonell and the EMS crew! They came to help with some water damage in my co-workers office. I would like to thank them for their professionalism and efficiency. Though our company has worked with MD Restoration over the years, this was my first experience with them. Yonell was very knowledgeable and very informative during the process.

On a personal note, it isn't often you meet workers who have such a pleasant demeaner and Yonell was the nicest tech I've ever worked with. Tony Tibuyen di an awesome job restoring our kitchen to it's original look. At first we didn't know if we would need to replace cabinets, countertops and backsplashes. Tony is an expert. I am a property manager for a unit in an apartment complex. The unit above us had some plumbing issues that resulted in water leaking down into our unit. We called MD Restoration and their response was almost immediate. Their service people are extremely courteous and professional, and are eager to explain the situation in terms that a regular person can comprehend.

We needed to clean our carpets for a move-out. Russall was very professional, courteous and on time. He showed us how much dirt was extracted. Job was so well done, that we immediately hired him for our "move-in" carpet cleaning extraction. Thank you, Russall.

This is the 2nd time I am using this company. The 1st time was for a flooding issue and they were great. This time I am using them to remove water damaged Canec ceilings. Blake has been the representative that wrote the contract and communicated with my insurance company. He is awesome. He always answers my calls, texts, or returns messages in a very timely manner. Chris & Jake came to do the demo work.

I know there were others guys too, but I didn't get their names. All the workers doing the demo were fast, efficient, and pretty quite considering it's a noisy job. Sadly, the demo revealed more problems. Blake and MD Restoration family are very helpful during this stressful process. We are still in the midst of my project but I highly recommend this company if you want professionalism and peace of mind.

We had a tub overflow in the evening and MD Restoration was a preferred vendor in our building. We called them and they came through. The overflow went right out into the doorway of the bathroom. It took them about 3 hours to evaluate and set up 4 fans and 1 giant humidifier. They advised us that we should be staying at a hotel in order to let the place dry out. (Although it was just the bathroom).

They stuck the humidifier about 4 ft from the bathroom door, in the middle of the living room. The next morning they came back and said it was still wet! Of course it was! They put the fans and humidifier everywhere else but the bathroom. They even put fans in my daughters room, in the far back corner, which is across the hall and said they detected moisture.

Later that day they said they were pulling their equipment because our landlord didn't want to use them. We had their equipment for maybe 36 hrs at most. And they slapped up with a $1600 fee. They laid out fans for goodness sakes! And didn't even put it in the right spots. We were later told by others that this company is known for ripping people off! We used another contractor that used 1 fan and 1 humidifier, kept it IN the bathroom, and it was dry within 24hrs. And he only charged us $300.

John and Noa were polite and professional and fixed the hole in my ceiling so that I can hardly see the patch. They didn't rush through it. They made sure the paints matched. They made sure it was done right. And they left the work area clean! I am impressed.

Reputable Restoration and Repair Company that I fully trust. Very satisfied with their service and undeniably happy how quickly they responded to our flooding emergency in our home.

MD Restoration is a great company, I offer them my highest recommendation. Do not call anyone else. MD Restoration will respond within an hour, they are prompt, well trained, courteous and knowledgeable. They save our home. Early in December with the thunderstorms the storm drains back flowed and in a short 10 minutes our backyard went from a few inches of ponding to 8 inches of water inside our home.

The next day we called MD Restoration. What a lifesaver. Yonelle and Chris were here in less than an hour (after being told by another company that they were too busy to send out a team). They were so reassuring and in our moment of need, they responded with calm reassurance, and immediately set a plan to remediate the water damage. They cleaned, disinfected and measured every wall (even behind cabinets, kitchen appliances and behind and under bathroom vanities) for moisture.

They drew a complete map of our home and all areas of moisture (EVERY wall), set a plan and installed dehumidifiers that ran 24/7. They visited nearly daily. We were continually updated from the main office regarding the ongoing plans and current assessments. The follow up team noted continued moisture which required fans that injected heated air into the wall space via small holes drilled into the drywall. Mike and Troy were awesome, drilling and placing additional fans where needed.

They were reassuring and knowledgeable, calm and clear that they had the tools to fix the problem. It is hard to describe the vulnerability one experiences when your home is flooded. MD Restoration saved our home but more importantly saved us emotionally. We must offer our highest heart-felt recommendation to MD Restoration. Thank you.

Russall Okamura did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. Russall called 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment to let us know he was on his way. Our experience with MD Restoration was so good that I immediately had to come and review them before they've left the driveway. The whole process went perfectly from start to finish. Exceptionally good service and communication! Best experience I've had in hiring a service company (note: I have extensive experience in the commercial contract cleaning field here in Hawaii.as well as commercial/industrial chemical sales). Hired MD to clean carpets and upholstered chairs in a doctors office, and now three months later carpets are still remarkably clean with continued medium foot traffic.

Five stars to russall and Marc. They came out to do deep clean my couch on 11/5 and did an amazing job. There were two deep marks on my ottoman that I couldn't get out but they got it out. They gave amazing service. Thank you to their manager as well for getting me set up with them and working with my schedule.

I should start by saying that I have been in the restoration industry for the past 18 years. I recently moved to Oahu and needed my upholstery cleaned. I contacted MD restoration and was told Paul the manager would call me back. to my surprise, he did within 5 minutes! I was impressed. I sent him photos of my furniture and he gave me a quote and scheduled me for the following week! Wow, that's great service!

Then the day before they were scheduled to come, Paul called to confirm! Wow! The crew Russall and Mark arrived on time and called when they were 5 minutes away. Again, wow! When they got here, they wore booties and masks, explained the process, laid out 6mil plastic to create their work area and never stopped working until they were completed. Again, I managed restoration crews for 18 years in this industry!

I was blown away by Russall and Marks professionalism and quality of workmanship! Clearly, they take their jobs seriously. My upholstery looks fantastic! Also, I am located on the base, so they have base access and in order to have that they have to have background checks completed. I will be sharing my experience with my neighbors and friends!

MD Restoration was easy to work with! Everyone from the project manager to the billing office was so nice and kept us informed every step of the way.

Great team, great service! We were referred to MD from our building management, who also had a Covid disinfection done. Troy was very responsive and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns promptly. We had wanted to disinfect our office ASAP after we had a staff member test positive for COVID, and once we had the contracts signed, we were able to get an appointment for the next day.

Unfortunately due to building miscommunication and traffic conditions, we couldn't secure the loading dock parking so we had to reschedule. The team made extra effort to look for alternate parking to no avail. Troy and the technicians were understanding of this and worked with us to reschedule. Finally, we got everything sorted out, and Mike V, Justin, Bryant came out today.

We had 2 office spaces to disinfect, and they were very efficient and helpful in completing one space to the next. They also coordinated seamlessly with Gabrielle from Environmental Risk Analysis to do the post-clearance test to ensure proper disinfection. MD really took care of us, they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. 10/10 would recommend.

The remediation crew (AJ & Tristan) and the repair crew (Anthony) did an excellent job. The work was done well, they were all polite and kept me informed about what was going on and what was going to happen. Their supervisors did follow up to. Blake HIga was very good in helping me getting things done. He gave good advice and good explanation of what is best. He always answers my phone call even at home early morning. He delivered important papers to me where I'm at where I'm not allowed to go outside because of security. I highly recommend MD Restoration to everyone for 5 stars work done. Russ & Pete were the 2 gentleman that assisted me & my hubby with our carpet cleaning on Friday & they were both very professional & communicative & prompt! Simple, Need the best carpet cleaners? Call MD Restoration. I thought I was impressed by that huge carpet cleaning machine in the van that heats water up to a boiling point and sends that through hoses into your home and the super suction power that sends all that dirt and grime back to the van. Then I was able to watch the two men that came to perform the cleaning. Russell and Mark, Mahalo's for an outstanding job well done. They were slow and meticulous in doing a good job even trying harder on those Stubborn stains. Courteous with a smile. Finally found the company I will use from now on.

Earlier today I had the pleasure of meeting Russall and Mark from MD Restoration Hawai'i. They were on time, professional and quite efficient and thorough in their work to clean the carpeting of a one bedroom apartment. The carpet is relatively new, about a year old yet the amount of dirt extracted by looking at the residual water was astounding; it was quite black. Paul, their manager was able to arranged the appointment immediately and he was courteous and professional on scheduling since we were trying to move in a new tenant. As a property manager, we are looking forward to working with MD Restoration more so and request for Russall and Mark when there's a apartment turnover at our property.

MD restoration came to clean my carpets. They were so friendly and efficient! They called the day before to confirm my appointment and on the day of cleaning they called to say they were on their way and actually showed up early. Russall gave me all the info on what they would be doing and how long it world take. First vacuum, then prep, then extract any yuckiness in the carpets.

Then add deodorizer. When they were done, Paul showed me all the gunk they pulled out. It was unbelievable what came out! They were done in 1.5 hours and now my carpets are super fresh! I definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning, and I'll definitely use them again for my next cleaning!

MD Restoration did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the flooring and painting our entire Multi-Purpose Room at the Susannah Wesley Community Center. Each crew that worked (floor removal, floor installation, floor sealing & polishing, and painting) was diligent and took great pride in their work.
