Junk buyers beware! Bought 12 panels one wasn't working when it came in. Told the company they pushed me to the side and then told me call mission solar. I wrote them no one wrote back when I reached out again threw another way I got a hold of someone and they wanted me to reinstall the useless panel. And take all types of pics Don't buy! They are junk they don't produce the watts they say, they will not get anymore money from me

My mother 92 yrs. in 2019was told that she could get a $7000. tax credit for purchasing solar panels. This was a scam because they did not let her know that it had to be earned income credit. At 92 years-old and retired she did not know what that meant exactly. I blame the company for not explaining it to her what it meant to have an earned income credit.
She never received the earned income credit of $7000.because she never would qualify. This company violated the elder of the deceptive trade act! This company should dissolve her contact because of this and pick up any property that belongs to them so family members can move on with their lives and her estate. A lien was placed by the finance company that financed the project.

Scheduled an appointment for april14th 2021in afternoon. I Anticipated meeting up with someone to discuss the potential solar panel option. Instead a unrecognized number calls me area (951) no messages. I tried to Google the number nothing came up, so naturally I block it. I get a ton of scam/ phishing calls I don't want to get those and if they don't leave messages I look them up and if I don't find anything on them I block them. Blocked the number received a text message that was cryptic and did not make any sense.
I found on the picture that I took of my appointment time The name mission solar. I text back to the number that texted me never heard anything. I tried to call and apparently my number had been blocked? Interesting what type of flaky unreliable business is this mission solar? I'm not willing to risk it are you think twice before you connect with this company! It's based in Texas. Based on sketchy behavior of there representative Id think king snd before contacting them. Yes

Horrible customer service. There was an incident involving their delivery truck/driver. Supposedly the company cannot track the delivery company that they used to deliver products. It was a third party delivery truck, inexperienced driver. No company logo. No license plates. No stickers. Contacted Mission Solar for assistance and was a waste of time. Be careful!
