These guys are honestly, the BEST. Courteous, honest, and attentive to my needs. In 2005, they installed a solar heater that worked perfectly for 15 years. The original install was mounted to my metal roof with an underlaying framework that eventually deteriorated. The heater itself still worked perfectly, but I elected to replace the system as the cost to do so was very reasonable.

They removed the old underlying framework and solar heater and replaced it with a new one in short order. After installation, there was a minor leak that they came out and repaired in no time at all. Very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a solar heater for their pool. Cannot say enough about these guys or the product they sell.

We continually have leaks after 4 years. Worked great the first two years. Now a constant maintenance issue. UPDATE: Sunrise has turned their customer service around. I can now say their service has drastically improved and is exceptional.

A competitor told me that they could not design a system that would work using the back of my house, even though the sun obviously hits it. So I was a little apprehensive when Sunrise Solar said it will work. They came and measured to ensure that the panels would fit and it was pretty close. I got Joe to explain how it will work in detail so that I was comfortable making the significant investment in the system.

I am glad I did. My water was 71 degrees on Saturday due to cold and rainy weather. Once the sun came out, the system is bringing the water temperature up around the high temperature for the day. 86 yesterday and 88 today (Thursday). So in 5 days it went up 17 degrees. The crew that installed the system worked hard, they were personable and accommodating.

If you are interested in a solar heater system for your pool, there are two downsides you should know about: 1. Your variable speed pump will run on a higher speed, so electric costs will go up. Fortunately this will generally be in the Spring and Fall. 2. Your water will be warm like the middle of the summer much earlier in the season. The chemicals will need more attention to keep algae in check.

After our first year without a heater, I knew our pool needed one. We checked several companies before we picked Sunrise Solar and we couldn't be happier. Not only does the heater really extend our season (we were still swimming when friends couldn't because they didn't have heater) but once you pay for installation, all the heat is free. We also want to compliment the installation crew.

They showed up when they said they would, arrived on time, and left our yard just like they found it. We are recommending Sunrise Solar to anyone who is thinking about heating their pool.

The installation was done quickly and without any incidents at all. The system was installed correctly and was as expected. The pool has stayed at the desired 80 degrees throughout the season. We swam comfortably through the end of October last year, and drained it after some heavy rains cooled things down.

Sunrise Solar installed our solar pool system, 4 years ago, and it has performed well, and we feel it has paid for itself. Our pool is in a covered area so never got direct sunlight, and therefore had never been warm enough for us to enjoy swimming without an expensive gas heater and ongoing high gas bills. The solar heating system has given us 6 -7 months of swimming each year.

Have had x 7 (4 x 12) solar panels heating my pool for over ten years. I have Sunrise Solar come each Fall to turn solar off and each Spring to turn it back on. Outstanding service - extremely reliable.

We have been using the product for 4 years. We can get 90 degrees by early April. The annual expense is about $250 for minor leak repair. Installation was efficient and maintenance calls are fairly prompt.
