Contacted George. We discussed my problem and decided I needed help. He was most accommodating and we set a time. A friend came by and found a wire? unplugged. So although IL A Security did not have to come by, I recommend them because the customer service was outstanding and George was very knowledgeable.

I had the privilege to hire VIP Security Systems and the work order was up to my standards. Not really familiar with this new high tech stuff but everything was explained as how it works.
