I've purchased my system 5 years ago and Kathy was excellent to work with. She is extremely noticeable with DVR's and cameras. I've had small issues and she upgraded my DVR which helped a lot. She's always available to talk to on the phone AND she would call back if she was busy. I'm upgrading my cameras soon and won't hesitate to go back to Surveillance Triangle to buy new ones.
