I contacted Brad with Paragon Roofing based on recommendation by the property management company I work for. I am absolutely thrilled with their work. They were able to schedule my work and complete the work quickly while maintaining very high quality standards. The crew was wonderful and there was not one speck of debris left behind anywhere on the property. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Paragon Roofing provide a competitive price and very friendly service. The person providing the estimate wasn't a salesperson but a knowledgeable roofer. The roof was installed quickly and looks great. This included some needed trim work around the two windows. Wouldn't you know it, after the installation of the roof there was a big windstorm and large branch punched a 3-4 inch hole in my new roof! Paragon roofing came out and repaired it for less than the insurance deductible. Roof looks great again. Good company.

I'd highly recommend Paragon Roofing to anyone. The owner of the company, Brad, was very professional and accommodating to my schedule and needs.customer service was fantastic! Brad talked to me about product quality, processes and offered suggestions on what would best meet my needs. It was clear through the process and after that Brad had my best interests in mind and as busy as things are in life, it was truly a blessing to have him take care of things as he did!
In addition to that, working with a Contractor that has a longstanding relationship with his crew was very important to me. So, it was good to find out that Brad's team has been with him since he started the company. Speaking to that, the team he had on my home showed up on time, worked throughout the day and did a great job on the roof and the cleanup. So again, highly recommended!
