After the hail storm in June 2014, we called several roofing companies to request a replacement estimate. Kessler was the only team who responded promptly, and during the inspection visit they even patched a leak from a vent pipe damaged during the storm. During the process, the owner and his staff were easy to reach and always returned calls promptly.

They recommended upgrades such as impact resistant shingles, ridge caps, etc., and their estimate and final bill were still lower than their competition. Each day of the removal and installation, the crew arrived promptly at a reasonable hour, did a very professional job, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They even took extra time to paint our vent pipes so they blend in with the shingle color. We were very happy with Kessler's customer service and the quality of their work.
