We had a complete set of new windows installed and had a good experience with Heritage Home Solution. Raven was terrific with communication, and Daniel and his crew (installers) were very helpful and responsive to the multiple requests we had for them. Our job was complicated and tricky, and they worked with us until it was done to our satisfaction.

Heritage has done a wonderful job addressing various needs for our home. We purchased a front door back in November of 2021, and it arrived sometime in April. Raven was super helpful and extremely responsive whenever I had questions. She truly streamlined the whole process of purchasing and installation. Vlad was always timely when it came to taking the final measurements. Alberto and his son did a fantastic job on the door installation.

They also closed up our sidelight and installed a screen door for us. During this same time, we were shopping around for new windows. We were quoted like five figures for six windows. Alternatively, Heritage Home Solutions offered us the same windows for less than half the cost. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Valentina Valieva from Heritage Home Solutions to carefully select the perfect window style and type for my home. She deftly answered every question and concern I had until I was sure of my selections. I've just finished the project of having nearly every window replaced throughout the entire home, and I'm thrilled.

The installation crew, led by Daniel, was respectful and proficient and expertly anticipated details I hadn't even considered. I'm looking forward to enjoying the beautiful windows for decades to come. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I started my search for replacing all the windows for my house in March of 2021. I received 2 quotes and even though the other company was a little over $2000 cheaper, I reached out to Heritage to see if they would meet me in the middle and they happily agreed. I decided to go with Heritage Home Solutions as based on my initial experience with them, they gave me confidence that they would complete the job with a better customer service experience.

After years of experience on renovations, I know that price is a small factor when customer service and quality of a company cannot be matched. With that, I choose Heritage to take on this job. I signed a contract with them on 4/1/2022 for 16 windows and 2 sliding doors. I was quoted that we would be able to get the windows and doors installed in about 4 months.

Due to COVID and delays with the manufacturer the doors and windows did not come until 8 months later for installation. I was patient and forgiving for the delay as I tried to understand the current situation with our economy. No big deal. During the installation - I was told that the shipment was missing both patio screen doors and 1 window screen.

Fast forward. Today is now 3/25/2022. We are about 1 year from when we signed the contract with them. Service team has called me 3x letting me know that the screens are here. They scheduled 3 appointments to come install them and all three appointments were no shows. I have called them 2x since asking for information - each time somebody tells me that the service manager will call me back.

I have yet to hear from them. 1 year later - job is incomplete and nobody will return my call. *** I would say that the window and door installation was done fine, there are no major issues. They were able to install it without damaging any frame and there is no leakage that I am currently experience. Although the job was done ok, the caulking job they did is extremely poor.

The caulking is uneven and extremely messy to the eye. I asked the guys who were working on it to fix it but he assured me that it would be fine after a few months. This is untrue, nothing changed, it looks exactly the same. I have been extremely patient with this company and extremely disappointed in the results when I truly gave them a chance. Price and delay of promised delivery and installation.

Now having them miss 3 appointments to finalize the job, I would say this is probably one of the most disappointing decisions made. As most of you know, renovations on a home is never easy, this one is the most frustrating one of them all.

I called on 11/19 for an appointment or quote. I was going to start with 2-3 windows but was informed they have a minimum to even consider the job. I was willing to include the additional windows and was told that I would receive a call from "Casey" within 24 hrs to provide. Today is 11/27. No phone call or contact since. Obviously I will be getting all my new windows elsewhere.

11/3/2021 Can anyone call us? We called to find out a status on two ill fitting windows and one that has a problem with the vinyl seal popping up, and missing window screens, so far no return calls, we were told 5 minutes and we will call you back. What a nightmare

Terrible company, lies on project start and completion date, sales person lied about installation date, lied and stated no credit card (most likely so you cannot dispute charges at a later date when company delays months and months) owner did second measurements lied about project start date, company refuses to return 50% deposit, not even sure company is legitimate or even in business anymore. Terrible company, terrible business practices

I've done a few sliding door repairs from before but this was the best experience I've had as well as with the result. This was the first time I had a sliding windows installed. Fair price compared to other companies but they still did the job very well. The people were very easy to work with, when we had concerns they easily address it and get it done.

I would say that they really knew what they were doing and made sure everything was done right. I was so satisfied with their job. Also they were very careful and wore their masks while working. Overall, highly recommend!

I needed to install new windows on my home and got several quotes before deciding to go with Heritage, and I am very happy with this decision. I worked closely with George M., who was friendly, fair, honest, and all around great to work with. (Bonus fun fact: he is a Bay Area local - Lynbrook graduate!) Everyone else I interacted with at Heritage was wonderful and professional (Vladimir, the installation crew, etc). I would recommend Heritage to anyone looking to get quality windows and quality service/workmanship.

I will start by saying I have a Eichler home which is very unique in many ways! It has 6 sliding doors! 3 of the 6 are exterior doors, the 3 exterior doors all had issues and 1 I hadn't been able to open for 2 years! After having repaired that door many times I decided to look to have it replaced, I had gotten 3 quotes and Heritage was the one I chose.

I met with Casey who was very professional and had a quote to me very quickly, I accepted the quote and they sent Vlad out to accurately get the measurements of all 3 exterior doors. I was then scheduled for installation which they did in a day and a half. The installer was Javier and his son Ness, these men did a very professional job and my new doors all work flawlessly, I am very happy and everything looks so nice, just wanted to share about a great job, thank you Casey and crew

I was initially very frustrated with the multiple reschedule and the first crew which showed up. But after Vlad took matters into his own hand, it's been very smooth. I am happy with the final outcome. The owner really cares about his clients

Heritage installed 14 windows (Milgard) at my second home. From the start to the finish this group was fantastic. George came and measured to make sure everything was right and we discussed at great length the pros and cons of the various window styles and options. My house had 70 year old windows that were single pane and most encased in stucco. The crew they sent out was lead by Daniel.

He was one of the nicest men I have encountered in the trades. Very polite and sensitive to my concerns (we have a neighbor who teaches from home online and can't have too much noise in the mornings). Daniel and his crew spent 4 days at my house removing the old windows and installing these beautiful new windows. They knew exactly what they were doing and made sure the windows were all level and properly sealed.

They then re-stuccoed and made it look like they had never broken the stucco to get to the windows. They also reframed the non-stucco windows with wood trim that they caulked all the way around both inside and out. Finally, they went around to every window and washed them and removed any tape. I couldn't be happier with Heritage Home Solutions.

Because of Covid it took a while for the window to arrive but once here this crew hit it out of the park. And they wore their covid masks the entire time they worked outside. Very professional and very easy to work with.

We had multiple windows & sliding doors installed. Initial consultation was great.quick response & fair price quote. It's what happened later that is why we give 1 star. We were told to make a 50% down payment immediately for windows to go into production. We did this & we're told it would be about 3-5 weeks.no problem. Fast forward 3 months later, we still did not have an install date.

We understood, crews were constrained due to the pandemic.no problem. But after 3 months of waiting, we were rescheduled for installation 4 different times after waiting. We were told it was an easy 2 day installation. However, the crew showed up late on first day & had some issues with some of the installation. They came back on day 2 & it became very obvious there was no way this is a 2 day install.

The work was sloppy & windows were not level/not working. On day 3, a different & expanded crew/different people came in & had to refit multiple windows, change trim, & do a lot of fixes. Even with the extra crew, they worked late. We noted damage was done to our composite decking, a big mess of install materials (screws, wood bits, caulking etc), & some of the windows were not functioning properly.

We had to hire another person to clean up the mess they left. We then had to wait for the window manufacturer to visit to complete fixes/provide missing parts. We would recommend the manufacturer of the windows, as they are good quality. We would *NOT* recommend this company & this was a hugely disappointing experience, given their previous positive reviews. We really feel the company, if using subcontractors, need to train them better on proper, professional installation, & proper cleanup.

Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ). Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following: 1.) Touch up caulk around windows. 2.) Remove plaster from patio that was not cleaned up properly. 3.) Missing window.

Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive. Value for Money - The quote was competitive. Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5 star rating), Hertiage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I'd recommend the Ultraline any day!

Update 12/21 I received a call from the owner Vlad after I posted the original review. He assured that the materials are indeed milgard and walked through steps to verify with the manufacturer. I appreciate that effort and now feel better about that. They also mailed me the warranty paperwork last week. So no more concerns with product quality. Original review - I used heritage home solutions to upgrade my patio door and a window.

The sales guy showed up promptly and gave a reasonable quote, which is why I decided to hire them. But things went completely downhill from there. The owner Vlad showed up next day to collect the 50% payment. Then it was all crickets! No communications, no calls. I let some 5 to 6 weeks pass by and called again. The ladies at the office are rude to say the least.

They tell you they will check on the order and call back but never do. After done half dozen calls, I was given an installation date of 5 weeks later. Annoying but I went with it patiently. The day before promised install date I called to check exact timing of crews arrival. That's when the manager Raven tells me that they can't install the next day.

At that point I was livid, they don't even care to call and spring up changes on you last minute. This one star is for the installation crew, they were neat and professional. My door and window were supposed to be milgard but honestly I am not sure they are! I called the office to send me product and labor warranty documents because they claimed lifetime warranty.

It has been 3 weeks since that call, she said she will be mailing the same week. I am still waiting! In hindsight I would not have used this business and strongly recommend going somewhere else if you respect your money and time.

Heritage installed 8 windows and a sliding glass door at my house during a remodeling project. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. The window and door fit perfectly. The team was very good, cleaned up afterwards and I highly recommend them for you replacement windows. Great job folks!

This review is long overdue! George and the team at Heritage are truly 5 Stars all around. I purchased and replaced all the windows in my house all with all the exterior doors. I ended up going with the Milgard Ultra series. The product is fantastic and their warranty is the best in the industry. The Heritage process from start to finish was smooth and their process was efficient. The installation crew provided by Heritage was excellent and efficient. If you need the best of the best, call Heritage!

I hired Heritage to replace my windows and 1 of 2 sliding glass doors. George came out and gave me my free estimate. Once I decided to hire them, Vlad came to take the final measurements. Guram and his co-worker showed up on time to do the install. They were an efficient team. Gulam did the finishing on the inside and his co-worker did it on the outside.

Everything is beautiful. They cleaned up all their mess. I will hire them again when I am ready to do the second door. I also dealt with Raven on the phone a few times and she was wonderful. Great customer service. I highly recommend them if you are replacing your windows or doors.

Our window blew out during a storm. We came here and they took great care of us. Woof. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company! I had 2 sliding glass doors that needed to be replaced. The old doors were uneven and so difficult to open that we rarely spent time in our backyard. Valentina came out for the consult and was very helpful and honest. Vlad did the final measurements and Guram did an awesome job of the installation. He came promptly at 7:30am and was done in less than 3 hours.

Now we have BEAUTIFUL sliding glass doors and can spend time in our backyard! We are so happy with the product, service and reasonable price. We will definitely use them for future window or door needs.

I just replaced three of the windows on my home with Heritage Doors and windows. The salesperson recommended new construction with Ply Gem windows. They did a great job! They were on time and kept me informed through all stages of the construction. They had a very fair price as I got several quotes before choosing Heritage. Thumbs up. Give them a try!

Everything was basically pretty good and efficient. I would give them 4 stars but our bathroom window was not up to code and they forgot to put in a light for a door build out. This was in August. We are still waiting for the job to be finished. I call a couple of weeks ago. No response. Called again. Hope to get the job done.

I recently hired Heritage Windows & Doors to remove an old sliding glass door and install a new frame less glass shower door. James promptly came out for an estimate and measurements. A couple of weeks later, after the glass arrived, James returned for the installation. I am extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He is a perfectionist and the project looks fantastic!

The service at this place is fabulous. I replaced a sliding glass door and had Milgard warranty work done. George the salesman arrived when he said he would and gave me a good price. Vlad the measurement person helped me with other Milgard issues making a call to Milgard on my behalf. He had the problem taken care of in minutes and it would have taken me hours. Amanda the admin at the office is extremely efficient always on top of orders and notifications.

She also added more warranty work onto the Milgard repair visit at the last minute. Very impressive. I have to say they all deserve 5 stars, but Daniel the installer and his team were really magnificent. I was concerned about dust and he humored me by taping off the area around the door, but he was right. They did all the work from the outside and there was hardly any dust. I didn't need the taping at all. I can't say enough about this great group of folks. Thank you to all of them!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Heritage. They were very nice, professional, and their employees we're very knowledgeable. I met with Dwayne and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy crew.

Heritage is definitely worth a 5 star rating. They are professional and punctual when it comes to making sure the customer is satisfied. For starters I spoke to Paige in the office and she was able to guide me through some of my questions I had regarding an issue with our windows. Then she informed me of a special they have going for under $5000 which I knew nothing about.

After scheduling an appointment and meeting with John V the Sales rep, I was able to get all of my questions answered and he was very professional. and thorough through out the process. I got a great deal on my windows and the installation was quick and hassle free.

RUN AWAY! My husband and I met the Heritage Doors and Windows sales Manager, John, at a kiosk set up at Sam's Club in Roseville this past Sept 2017. He gave us info and said that he would follow up the next day to give us a bid on replacing a window at our home. After two weeks went by, we had not received any call back so we called john to see if he still wanted to bid the job.

He said that he was out of town and was sorry for not getting back to us and would have an estimator call us to come by for measurements. Two more weeks pass and no call back so again we reach out to John. He apologized and said that he would get right on it. Finally, on 11/16 the estimator came by to measure the window and told us that the window and stucco would need to come out and rebuilt with a new window, frame, flashing, and stucco repair.

He gave total price bid of $1,400 and took our check for of the cost to do the job. Heritage said that the window would be custom ordered and ready to install in less than 6 weeks. Six weeks went by and we had not received a call to schedule the install so we reached out to Heritage to schedule and see what the delay was. Christina answered and said that she would have to look into it and call me back.

Another two weeks go by and still no answer. After several calls to check on the status of the job, I finally get a call form Heritage telling me that they do not have my order in the system. They cashed my check but never ordered the window! I have never encountered a company that was this unorganized with a complete disregard for customer service and follow up.

The Silver Lining: Needless to say, I asked to cancel the order and I did received a refund my deposit a week later. I had a reputable local window company come to bid the job that Heritage failed to do. They informed me that the window frame and flashing was in good condition but the glass had failed and the drain holes in the window track was clogged. We got a new window and the problem was fixed in one week for less than $400 total cost ($1,000 less than Heritage).

Heritage did the windows in our 8 unit condo complex. George Mumaw worked with our landlord on several projects and they trust Hertage with all their window and door needs. These people are amazing. Guram and Eric did a great job installing. I even saw George help withe the large windows on the second floor and they were huge. I love these windows Thank you Heritage.

I had all of my downstairs windows and doors upgraded to double pane. Sarkis and his crew did a fantastic job! They even fixed the issues from a different windows installer.to include readjusting, leveling, framing, and exterior stucko work!

This is one of my overdue reviews. I had my single pane windows replaced upstairs and down stairs, include 3 large sliding windows in January. I also had 3 car garage doors replaced. If not were Sarkis, I would put all these on back burner, but now I am so happy i did all these and with a very decent price as far as I know.
