My garage door was making noise for a while and I did not know what to do. I called David Nguyen from Pro Line Garage Doors to diagnose the problem. He said the dead bolt lock solenoid valve have fail. He removed the dead bolt and went to pick up the new part the next day and installed on Saturday. It work perfectly now. Great jobs David. Definitely recommend this company for all garage door needs. Call David!

Saved again just yesterday by Pro Line! I've used Pro Line for years. My garage has only the car door entrance and when it malfunctions I'm locked out. The cables on both sides of my garage door fell out on Friday afternoon, so I guess the hidden spring on top of my garage door was broken. Send text message to Pro Line Garage Door and got response in less than 10 minutes. David explained he had fully booked for the rest of the day but he arranged on Monday morning for me. On Monday morning, 30 minutes before David arrived he contacted me first when he was at store to prepare the correct replacement parts for me, after he arrived on time, David explained the details on what's happened to my garage door and replaced/fixed everything in less than 2 hours. He even followed up after one week to check the status of my garage door. very happy with Pro Line Garage Door service and definitely recommend this service to my friends.

Fantastic, I can't recommend Pro Line highly enough! I always feel uneasy finding someone new for house repairs. Will they overcharge, use shoddy components, or do a poor job overall? I took a chance when I found Pro Line, and found they're very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job! Their pricing for parts & labor was competitive, they communicated throughout the process to get things prepared, and they did the job without an issue.

My home is currently being renovated and originally my contractor said he would have his guys take the garage door and braces down so that it can be dry walled. Unfortunately his guys were unable to take down the door and I called David to see if he had any availability immediately as there was a tight timing issue. David was able to schedule me in immediately and took the garage door down within a couple hours. He was very professional, polite and was able to help me in a time of need. I would recommend him for any of your garage needs in the future.

I got the right people to do the job. I've wanted to have the malfunctioning garage door replaced for a while, and David did a fantastic job. I followed his recommendations, and he is right. It looks great, and it works great. Function and form rolled into one. I have quotes from other garage repair companies, but Pro Line gave me a very reasonable pricing. David responded right away in couple of hours and came in to diagnose what to be done and good recommendations if replacement is needed. Following day David installed my new garage opener with smart phone control Wi-Fi and etc. David fixed my 3rd garage door too David was extremely helpful and knowledgeably. My garage door broke on Christmas Day and David responded quickly to help put my mind at ease! His service is impeccable. David has a high knowledge of garage door and very friendly. David was helpful and friendly on-line, and managed to fit me in pretty quickly. He showed up early and was hanging out in his truck until I noticed him and suggested we could get started immediately if he wanted to. It turned out that the job was a bit more complicated than it looked from the pictures, and so a bit more expensive. I needed the guide rail supports replaced.

He was clear about the issues and gave me a written estimate before he started. He got it all done quickly, and seemed delighted to let me watch and learn a bit about how garage doors work. He applied lubricant to the hinges and wiped down the door as well, so I wouldn't have future problems. All in all, this was about as good a garage door repair experience as I can imagine. David was super-easy to work with.

My Garage Door Opener died a few days ago. Don't know why. It was ONLY 24 years old. I did some diagnostics and determined it was the motor itself. I emailed David and described the symptoms and he agreed. I asked him to quote me a couple of options for a new motor. He got back to me a little bit later with 2 options. I researched them and asked David a LOT of questions through email.

My garage door torsion spring broke and the door would no longer open. My wife was unable to park her car in the garage, which was a problem. I sent a message to Pro Line Garage Doors and they responded immediately. David did an excellent job replacing the torsion springs, along with the rollers and the bearings. Our garage door malfunctioned late Sunday night. I phoned Pro Line Garage and left a message on their answering machine. The following morning, I receive a call from David. David was extremely kind and was able to fit me in the same day. He arrived promptly for the appointment and recommended that the door be replaced (couldn't agree more with his recommendation, door made loud noises during its operation).

He also assisted in closing the garage door, which had been left open temporarily. David indicated that he could replace it on Thursday. There was an issue; we had parked our car in the garage and it would not start, so David came Thursday morning to remove the door so that we could tow the car to the service center. Carlos, an employee of Pro Line Garage, arrived promptly to replace the door.

He was extremely professional, methodical, and worked at a breakneck pace. In around 3-4 hours, he replaced the door, spring, and side rails. Pro Line's staff, and particularly David, is pleasant and competent, and I would without a doubt recommend them to my friends and family. Many thanks, David!

I had David out a few years back when the Garage door at our new house had stopped working (broken moter & broken springs). We had such a great experience that when we moved again and were having issues with our Garage door (super loud), I didn't even think twice about who to call. David is the BEST garage door pro in the area, and my experience is the proof. He did an incredible job at a decent price, when all other experts in the area (found here on Yelp) said that the job "could not be done" in my old and smaller garage. I talked to multple professionals locally about my issue (3 at my home and another 3 via calls/texts/pictures) and all besides David said that what I was asking was not possible.

What I needed was my current garage door rail to be lifted an additional 2.5 inches (min) to accomodate a recent large garage storage purchase I had just made. Each local professional told me the same: that there simply wasn't enough room in my small garage for the raise. When David came by, he had the same "this is not going to be easy" look that everyone else had.

But the difference was that David totally geeked-out on the potential ways he could possibly make it work. He was truly thinking outside the box and inteligently worked through the problem with his knowledge of the craft. He introduced something called "Super Sneaky" brackets that are uncommon but perfect for this situatlion. Among other adjustments, David not only brought it up the 2.5 inches needed, but ultimately brought it up around 6 inches higher than where it was!

Not bad for "not being possible"! On top of all that, he was very communicative with both timing and price. Punctual, friendly, and professional. He even was able to double my happiness with upgrading my current system with the MyQ capabilities and well as a camera on the new motor. David was not the last person I inquired with after he gave his initial assessment as I still had a couple of appoinments still lined up.

It was funny to see how other professionals said it couldn't be done, and then when I told them David's idea they switched to "yeah, that could work. what's he charging you?" Sorry "pros". You should have thought of that yourself the first time. Excellent work David, a job VERY well-done. Way to outperform your peers!

David at Pro Line fixed a broken spring for us. I appreciated his prompt response and next day service. He followed up to make sure things were going smoothly. Quality of work and communication were excellent. Pricing I would say is a bit high, but not unexpected for the Bay Area. Would recommend to anyone.

David is awesome, would give 6 stars if possible. He is very professional, knowledgable and loved that he showed up wearing a mask! My garage door opener was 30+ years old and no longer functioning correctly. David replaced it with a new setup that included a battery backup system. I am very happy with the installation and garage door opener works flawlessly. Also, I now don't have to worry about how to get the car out during a power outage. It only took a few decades, but we finally updated our garage door. We were recommended to Proline and it's been a pain free experience. David had been incredibly helpful via email by recommending a door that fit our needs. Carlos had been assigned to do the install work. He noticed some wood rot on the door frame and offered to fix it at an extra fee. The cost was reasonable and it was one less thing for us to worry about later.
