Altitude Fence & Deck

Horrible communication! Working with this company was so frustrating for us. After researching many companies, we decided to go with Altitude because we heard we could save some money (about $500) by having Altitude set the posts and my husband and I finishing by filling in the rest. After contacting Eric to get started, he said it would be 2 weeks to get the materials which is understandable.

After another week of delay (after the two weeks) due to being out of materials, our posts were finally set, but the materials to fill in the fence were nowhere to be found. Lots of promises that were not fulfilled that "the materials will be there the next day" but after a week and a half "I was gone over the weekend, we'll get that to you this next week".

After waiting ANOTHER week, we were finally contacted that the materials would be there during the weekday. Wow, so far, so frustrating. Once we (finally) got our materials and started filling in the fence, we realized we were not given enough materials. We were short 22 main pieces! 22! It's like they can't count how many posts they set. After waiting MORE time to get the final 22 pieces, all we needed was the gate.

After another week, there was a delay because there was a "miscommunication on the gate size between the crew and I". Seriously? Because "we had been patient", they were willing to put in the gate for us. Such poor poor communication and empty promises. If you have a month and a half of time to put your fence in and do not mind ever knowing when something would ACTUALLY be completed or ACTUALLY be delivered, than use this company. Do yourself a favor, spend $500 more and use Earth Green and have your fence put in and finished within a week

Altitude Fence and Deck installed four rail and one rail horse fencing at our new home. They provided a quality product with expert installation at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Altitude for any fencing needs.

I read great reviews and was excited to go through them but their response time is terrible. I got a quote for them about 3 weeks after they looked at my deck. I called them to tell them I wanted to use their service. I was told they would call to set up a time in a few weeks. 6 weeks later I still hadn't heard from them so I called and left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back. They're actual work might be great but I'll never know. I'll be using someone else.

We absolutely love our deck and pergola. Great quality products and construction. Eric and his crew were very professional and got the job done quickly with amazing attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Eric and his team did a professional job! They were the best price, the most professional ( I had 4 different fences guys give me bids), and the only one to offer a 5 year warranty! His guys came in at 9am and finished our whole fence by 7pm the same day! They didn't stop until the job was finished! Would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

He guided me through the process and was very good at explaining and keeping me informed at all times of processes. I thought the price was very accommodating! The fence looks beautiful!

I've used Altitude on two projects now. First on the fence around my house (2014) and recently for the deck at my shooting range. Great work and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend these guys!

Good guys, quality work. Eric followed through with exactly what he said he would do, which seems to be a rarity nowdays. They were reasonably priced, efficient, and I never felt pressured by an upsell. Eric consulted with me on all potential issues before they occurred so we could both agree to the solutions he presented. I am content with my new deck.

Would highly recommend Altitude Fence and Deck! They did a fantastic job on our privacy fence! Eric was easy to work with and was very professional! He kept us informed about issues that came up and quickly had a solution to fix things. I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them! 5 stars!

Tear down 5' and rebuild with higher 6'fence height. Replaced perimeter fence and separation fences/gates between units. Also stained fence. New gates with reinforced metal braces. Workers cleaned property daily. We totally forgot that fence being higher than previous meant need for opening mechanism. That took an extra week but not a big issue. There were rain delays. Staining done by sub contractor and looks better daily as it dried.

Definitely much more secure and private for residents. 2 posts split during installation and were replaced immediately. Only gave 4 due to length if time vs estimated time. Otherwise well done.

Eric was easy to work with, and got the job done quickly! I loved all the attention to even the smallest details. I highly recommend Altitude Fence and will have them out to do more work!

Awesome, finished my new deck today. Professional, hard working and friendly crew. Highly recommended. I will use them again in the future, might need to expand for a hot tub!
