All Acres Roofing just completed a tear off and 30 year shingle roof install on one of my rental houses. They also replaced some rotted decking. They did such a great job, I had them also replace the roof on my home a few days later. Owner Claudia showed up personally for the bids and several times during the jobs. I have total confidence in her and her workers after seeing the work they completed for me. The detail to attention when cleaning up the job site was icing on the cake. Well Done!

Claudia impressed me with her knowledge and skills about roofing. She walks around on top of roof and inspect your needs of repair as well as inside of attic. Work of repairs is completed in a day. Claudia does inspection after to make sure process is complete to customer's satisfaction. She very dependable and reliable when it comes to this business. I did reference her to other customers. All acres found the leak in my roof that no one else could find the liquors running into the bedroom and they found the leak the repair the leak and there were timely courteous great values I would use them again and again my roof will not be have to be repaired for the next 30 years thank you all acres God bless you

Had my roof completely redone because the flat portion of it was leaking. Claudia was the rep that talked over the contract and estimate. The initial estimate doubled by the time of the contract but she kept saying I would never have to worry about it, "just set-it and forget it." Well no that did not happen. After the roof was finished I have had a leak in my dining room ceiling (the roofer did not put flashing around the windows!), the gutter downspout came off and had to be reattached, the flat roof membrane used (PTO) peeled away from the chimney and water has been leaking everywhere damaging ceilings and plaster walls. Also, Claudia is non-responsive to requests to have the flat roof membrane repaired (8 year warranty is really worthless). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Owner employs people that don't know what they're doing specifically lead D**e J*****n. I was forced to hire experienced people, and pay a contractor to correct All Acres Roofing errors due to their incompetence. Furthermore, Claudia has called me multiple times in Spring, 2018 threatening to sue me because of truthful reviews that I have written on social media (Facebook, Home Advisor, and the BBB).
She forcefully uses intimidation tactics, and bullying to try to manipulate. So happy that social media and the Internet exist so that the truth can come out so that others can be spared the disappointment and financial hardship that I've had to endure from dealing with All Acres Roofing and owner Claudia. Stay far away from this company as there are better contractors out there that are skilled professionals that know what they are doing.
