Eric had gone above beyond on two occasions, tarping a section of our roof when we had a roof leak before we were scheduled and repaired some minor wood rot along the roofline when roofing was complete. From the previous excellent work your team has done for us in the past, when the hail hit, we knew there was only 1 team we wanted managing the roof replacement.

We would like to personally recognize Matt and the teams he lined up to perform the work. From the start, Matt provided a clear picture of his findings, the steps in the process, and what his expectations were for how the project would run start to finish. He worked with our insurance claims adjuster to ensure our property findings were understood. Matt also worked with us on recommendations and options as we went through the decisions on shingle color, weight, perspectives on how to understand cost vs. longevity.

His recommendations helped us replace and upgrade in key places to ensure the roof and gutters would meet our long-term goals. Matt did a great job managing the teams as they worked through the process of replacing the roof, replacing the gutters, and installing the gutter screens. Each step of the way we felt very comfortable with the management of the operation.

We also want to give note to the great teams that did the work. We apologize as we did not catch many names, but the teams were very good at their craft. The team that delivered the shingles were efficient and very professional. The supplies were delivered and put in place without issue. They took good care of ensuring there was no issues of damage to the supplies or property.

The roofing crew were a great team. They were efficient, professional, and really good at their craft. They did an amazing job with our roof. We are very pleased with the craftmanship. They even got kudos from the Devin when he was working on the gutters. He made reference to what a quality job that had been done with the shingles. They did an EXCELLENT job with cleaning up the property every evening.

The gutter crew did a great job on installing the gutters. Another team that is good at their craft. They were very efficient and the end result is a quality product that puts the finishing touches on how the roof and house look. The craftsman that put the gutter screens on the house, Devin, did an excellent job. He was very professional, efficient and flexible on ensuring our gutters would remain clean through the years.

The leaves were already falling fast when he started the job. He took great care to ensure the gutters would start and remain clean when he installed the screens. Most professional roofers I've ever dealt with! Super neat and tidy. T h e space was cleaner when they left than it 2as before they started. i will use them for all my roofing needs.

I definitely recommend Red Hammer for all roofing jobs. We live in a 150+ year home that had the original metal roof and very complex architecture. Red Hammer put on a new metal roof and did an amazing job with it all. They even rebuilt our box gutters and slate detail on our front porch. Our home is on the National Register of Historic Places and most roofers won't even touch it.

Red Hammer honored our house with amazing attention to detail and historical accuracy. They were very careful, communicated extremely well and we were comfortable asking them any question that we had. You won't be disappointed!

These guys did it all. Storm came in June and tore up my roof (and other things) and I got a roofer to do emergency patching. After getting some quotes I selected a roofer that never showed up after 2 1/2 month. My neighbor recommended this company. They came in and did a walk-through with me and pointed out some other things that needed repair also.

We got a price and a date. They worked through a couple of obstacles and was out here in about a weeks time. The job was done quickly, efficiently and done right. Still waiting on a rain storm but I'm sure it will pass. Really nice job, in fact another neighbor came over and asked me for their information. Thanks Redhammer!

Insurance inspection told me to fix my roof. Eric came out and advised me roof is good for a good seven years. They helped me out instead of trying to get me to replace my roof. They are the first guys I am going to call after a hail storm or in seven years.

I had them roof my house. I do have a section of my roof that is flat. I asked them if they could put a slight tilt in so that the water would run off. I was told that that was no problem. However, after they were done, there wasn't a tilt and the water still pools up there just like before. I also had wanted them to leave some railings on the roof, which they initially took off and didn't put back on until I made them.

After that the roof leaked like a sieve and they had to come back out twice to fix it. Other than them not doing what they said they were going to do, I haven't had problems with the rest of the roof.
