Dream Home Builders was a great company to work with. I hired them to build a 3 car detached garage and in-law suite. They are easy to communicate with via email or phone, they are prompt and do a great job of cleaning up each day. And best of all they finished on time and on budget. I've lived in Charlotte for 11 years now and anytime I need a job done around the house I call Otto. He and his guys are professionals and treat my home like it's theirs. They listen to my job idea, then frequently better it with their own knowledge. Always clean, always on time, reasonable prices, and constant communication set them apart. I have to confess that I made a mistake and listened to my wife for a recent large paint job and we used another contractor. Big mistake, won't make that mistake twice!

We love the tile and particularly the floor. It not only looks like wood it feels like wood on your bare feet. Otto Anderson with Dream Builders did a fabulous job. The project site was always cleaned up every day, on there were no surprises and it was on budget. What more could anyone want? I would happily recommend Otto to any of your clients who might be looking for a contractor.
