Can't say enough good things about Kaity at DCI. I was referred to her and she lived up to all expectations. She helped us remodel the kitchen, offering advice on design, appliances, and countertops. Her team installing countertops and delivering materials was timely and professional. Kaity made the trek to our house a few times. When our cooktop went on back order, Kaity was on it right away with help. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with results of our complete kitchen remodel (fairly large at over 300 sq ft) furnished by DCI with owner Kaity at the helm. Our project incorporated cabinets from both her providers (DuraSupreme and Signature), both granite and quartz countertops, appliances from Wolf/SubZero & Meile, and utilized a contractor with whom Kaity had worked often in the past. Thoughout the project Kaity shined in multiple ways. Placed in context: I'm probably one of the most hands-on, detailed-oriented, downright picky clients a kitchen designer will ever encounter (and likely dreads). 1 - In the design phase Kaity deftly went between 'big picture' and minute detail easily, providing creative solutions while also tactfully putting guard rails on my own sometimes misplaced design impulses. 2 - In the project mgmt. phase she quickly responded to and corrected unexpected 'hiccups' along the way (e.g., cabinets arriving that didn't match design specs). 3 - Throughout it all Kaity was a great listener, and someone in whom you could have full confidence and trust to bring the project to a successful conclusion. We heartily endorse DCI and Kaity.

We were told to work with this company for appliances by our builder in the process of building a custom home. When we called, our contact Matt was not there, so we left a message with another employee and were told we would be called back by Monday. On Wednesday, we went to make an appointment in person due to the lack of response. Our realtor got there first and was told by an employee that we were wrong, they check their messages.
By the time we walked in, we were intentionally ignored. The employees sat at their PCs and refused to engage us. We were not able again to make an appointment. We encountered a complete lack of professionalism and downright rudeness. If I was the owner, I would be mortified at the complete lack of customer service. To respond with an edit. The owner reached out to me specifically and apologized over the incident. This seemed to be a one off incident based on that conversation. While we went with another group, the personal follow up was appreciated.

We did a total remodel of our kitchen. We used DCI for all appliances. Early in the process they were the most responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and patient of all the suppliers we considered. They carried top line appliances and knew the features and benefits of each that most suited our needs. We never felt we were being sold. Rather we felt we were being helped and guided to best solutions for us.
They did everything promised, worked with our contractor, kept us informed throughout and handled one small warranty claim beautifully. We used SubZero, Miele, VentAHood and the star of our new kitchen - LaCornue's magnificent CornuFe French Range.

I worked with a cabinet designer who made a drawing based on measurements she asked me to bring in. Not a lot of work went into it since software is used based on the dimensions. She gave me the drawing the next week when I came back to the store after she called and said the drawing was ready. When I asked if I could take a cabinet sample home (a tiny piece of wood mind you) she said they would require a deposit of $850 which I stupidly gave her.
I decided to go with another company who didn't charge me anything to come out to measure and leave me samples. I asked Dci if I could use the $850 toward appliances instead and was told it would have to be used toward cabinetry and that the $ represented the time the designer spent with me (30 minutes in the store at most, maybe an hour drawing on the compuer, just a rudimentary layout). Again, my stupidity for giving in and writing the check. Just a warning to others. They are very nice about it though!

I recently purchased a Blue Star Range from DCI and want to share that I have received especially good service from them.
