I had the pleasure of being serviced by Alex on two occasions. He was the most kind hearted locksmith I had ever had. My mother has dementia and I had to get a twist lock installed the first time and he corrected a batch job on a storm dorm. I had to call him again because she was breaking in my room again so I installed a deadbolt. He was personable, fast, and the epitome of customer service. Kudos for hiring him!

Called them at 10am, someone was here by 130pm. Both scheduler and tech that came to home were great. Completed the work plus helped us with a couple other things we hadn't discussed on the phone without issue. Great pricing, excellent service. Will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

I called last week to schedule all house doors to be rekeyed. I spoke with Rick and he was very professional and accommodating with my schedule. Alex came out to do the job and he even asked if we wanted the man door on the garage. I hadn't even thought about that door. Alex got the job done quickly. He was very professional and friendly while working. I also thought the rate charged was extremely reasonable. My son recently bought a house, he is going to schedule his to be rekeyed.

Honest, competent, professional! My front door jammed from weather/house settling. Called in am. technician / locksmith was in the area. He came after his last job, did not charge a service fee as he was close by. Courteous, professional and solved the problem. Owner Kris, answered his cell. I was probably the smallest job he had this week. enabled Blake to come by in the afternoon. Blake was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and fast. This outfit is second to none. Isaac is awesome. I had locked my key inside my car. I was in a large parking lot (Lowes) standing by my car. Isaac happened to park nearby. As he was walking by me, he asked if everything was ok. When I told him that I had locked my keys inside my car, he immediately offered to help --- NO CHARGE. He had my car open within in a few minutes. Isaac is the Good Samaritan who will take time to help someone.

I have had the privilege of using All Secured Security Services on several occasion. My first encounter was when I had a new build out for one of my companies with all kinds of security features. The company I originally hired turned out to be non-professionals and the job was way to big for them to handle. All Secured Security came in and not only completed the project, but they fixed lots of mistakes that we did not even know existed.
It was and still is a no brainer who to call when I needed another system installed in another location. They show up on time and the team is very professional. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We just moved into the neighborhood and accidentally locked ourselves out of our new house. A neighbor recommended All Secured and even called them for us! I came here after going to a Ashville mobile key service that wasn't mobile due to neglect of reinstaiting his tags for his mobile truck but still wanted to charge me $100 for none mobile mobile service. I was lucky enough to run into Kris Z. And he was one of the most fair and honest business men I have met in years! They saved me quite a bit of money even tho he didn't profit from me! Not to many business men like that in this world anymore! Thanks to the whole All Secured Service crew!

I needed to get the locks changed on my historic home after moving in. Isaac called me to set the time later that day, and actually arrived a few minutes early which was great. He changed all the lock cylinders, including the ones on my original 120 year old doors. He also had the vintage Baldwin keys that a lot of locksmiths don't have. He was very professional and thorough. I'm very pleased and would do business with them again. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience. Bill called me back very quickly after an email inquiry to set up an appointment for lock rekeying. He also walked me through options related to odorless key entry over the phone. Bill was on time for our appointment and was quick with the rekeying work. He also took the time to call and follow up on security system options with the team at the office. Bill provided great customer service and went above and beyond. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend.

Excellent experience. My needs were different from their primary mode of business and yet they took the time for my simple homeowner lock set purchase. I made contact online and promptly received a phone call. Initially I thought the price point too high. I received an additional call and Bill gave me more detailed information on their products. He explained the differences in the comparative products.
I eventually bought after he explained the differences between big box store products and his product. I liked his customer service and will over time send more business this way. I like the Mom and Pop companies and this company provided service of a much larger scale operation. Couldn't recommend this business more highly.
