There are certain companies that just "get it" and make it easy to do business with them. AE Security is one of them. They are responsive, willing to understand and accommodate complicated requests, and make it all go smoothly. They did a flawless transfer of multiple commercial locations to monitor with them. I highly recommend working with them.

I had additional security installed today. The techs were professional, quick and explained how everything worked very thoroughly. AE security has been great to deal with from the quote, to install to the monitoring! Highly recommend!

This week I had one of my motion sensors in my home security system malfunction. I needed to quickly get it replaced because I'm leaving for Maui in a few days. Fortunately I called AE Security! Angie initially listened to my plea and with her outstanding knowledge and patience as well as cheerfulness was able to figure out what sensor I needed. I figured I could switch out the sensor myself. Lol Angie sweetly said she would leave the sensor at the front desk for me to pick up at my convenience but if I needed a technician to give her a call.

Obviously she knew I probably wouldn't be able to do it on my own but was very gracious. I was soon calling back after picking up the sensor and giving it my all. Didn't take long for me to realize I needed a technician. When I called back Angie had explained my situation to Kate-Lynn who then proceeded very cheerfully and efficiently to get me a technician as soon as possible.

That ended up being less than 24 hours later when Jordan and Eric arrived and had the job done in minutes. Again Jordan and Eric were very professional, courteous and pleasant. AE Security is very fortunate to have all of these employees and I hope they treat them well! Thanks to all of you as you will make my holiday a more relaxed one! I've written the company name in my contact list in capital letters! We had a great experience with the installation of our new security system. Angie and Kate-Lynn in the office were helpful, along with Jordan, our sales consultant who was knowledgeable, and special thanks to Jayden our installer who was thorough and professional throughout the installation process.

We had an older wired AE system installed at our previous home for over 14 years, and so when we moved decided to again go with AE to install an upgraded wireless setup. The equipment is top quality, and Brian (consultant) and Jordan (technician) were professionals. Didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want, but definitely did provide us with the various options depending on how intricate we wanted to get. Install went smooth and Jordan explained the system and gear, and got us all set up to operate the panel and through the apps.

AE Security has provided security for our home since 2006. During that time they have been prompt in responding to any emergencies that the system detected, and unfailingly patient when the emergencies were the result of my own errors. Their technical personnel and customer service staff have always been pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. In the next year or so, we plan to upgrade our security system, and we will use AE Security to do that, since they have given us such excellent service in the past 15 years.

I plan to make every effort to see that AE Security Group is listed as approved security system integration contractors for any future security projects that I might have and would highly recommend them to others for any similar security project assignments.

In 2010 AE Security Group was the firm contracted for the engineering and installation of the A.C.I. institutional locking system retrofit. During a period of about nine months I had a great deal of contact with the staff at AE as project manager, s programmers, and installers.

Shremshock Architects provided Construction Administration services to the State of Ohio on three different projects (Mohican Juvenile Correction Security Improvements, Madison Correctional Institute Security Improvements, and Northeast Pre-Release Center Security Improvements) which included electronic security controls as a portion of the work.
