A-1 PAM Home Remodeling

I have used Greg and A-1 for two major projects, a master bathroom last year and a complete kitchen and 2d bathroom renovation this year. I could not be happier with the results. The renovations look fantastic. The process from start to finish was outstanding, beginning with Greg's thorough discussion of the project and pricing of all components, followed by Andy's [he worked both projects] meticulous work, and finishing with A-1's willingness to return after project completion for touch-up matters.

The proposals and pricing are clear and detailed and followed without deviation. Any unforeseen issues that come up during the project are dealt with quickly and reasonably. The workers clean up each day when they are done and arrive promptly the next morning at 8:00 and are working within 5 minutes of arrival. They respect your home. Both of my projects were completed in the time period given at the start and right on the budget.

This was particularly impressive with this year's project--despite COVID-related delays with other suppliers [floors, appliances], A-1 adjusted its project schedule so that it could nevertheless complete its project on time, and in budget. Greg responds quickly to any concerns you have during the job. I highly recommend A-1 for any construction project.

Greg & team recently did a complete renovation of my bathroom. He was very easy to work with and responsive to emails and texts. I was provided with a very clear outline of what work would be done, what we need to purchase vs they provide and a drawing of the vanity. They stuck to the timeline proposed and did quality work. We used A-1 PAM to remodel our basement. Prior to them starting with us, we had concrete floors, exposed wires, and poor ceiling materials. When A-1 Pam finished their jobs our basement looked amazing. They put so much attention to detail and set things up for us just the way we wanted to. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking finish your basement!

A-1 PAM is awesome! We moved into our condo in 2001 and from the very beginning I have wanted to remodel our master bathroom. After several not-so-great encounters with contractors over the years, I put the remodel on the back burner. I decided 2020 was the year to finally get this done. In early January, I called 10 contractors and was able to set up appointments with the 5 that called back. Tom of A-1 PAM was the second person to call me back and he came the following Monday morning with the owner Greg to see the space.

They both took pictures and measurements, had some great suggestions, and we developed a layout. A-1 PAM was the first company to send me their proposal. I was super impressed by the level of detail. It was well thought-out, precise with materials and supplies checklists, and the cost was reasonable. Included with the proposal was a floorplan and computer-generated visuals of the vanity and linen cabinet.

My husband and I signed with A-1 PAM and are so happy we did! Tom helped me every step of the way via emails the month before actual construction began and continued to provide contacts, recommendations, and tons of information throughout the process. He was always immediately responsive to my numerous emails and texts. The work started February 17, 2020, and lasted 3 weeks.

The 2 installers Peter and Adam came every day, rain or shine, very punctually at 8 am and could not have been more polite and respectful of our space. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. The craftsmanship is phenomenal. Peter in particular amazed me with his carpentry and electrician skills. The end result is absolutely breathtaking especially the sliding shower doors and much needed storage/linen cabinet.

The master bathroom has been transformed in ways I only dreamed of in the past. I go in everyday and can't believe how beautiful it turned out. The dream is real thanks to A-1 PAM. I wholeheartedly recommend Greg and his team and I will be contacting them again for future projects.

We were very pleased with the work done by A-1 PAM. They put up two new walls to create an extra room - and it looks like it's always been there! On top of that they were very careful to contain the dust while working, and cleaned up every last bit when they left. They worked with us to build it the way we wanted, while also being straightforward about how our choices would affect the budget.

Tom and his crew did an awesome job on our recent bathroom remodel, and I highly recommend calling them first if you're looking to have any home work done. They really went above and beyond to make sure that it turned out exactly as we wanted, while keeping everything on time and on budget. We had spoken with other contractors before Greg, but following an initial meeting it was clear that he was who we wanted to work with. Greg is a no nonsense guy - rather than providing unclear feedback he was detailed about the options and relayed the information in layman's terms.
