I purchased a condo on North Columbus Drive and hired Jim Heaney and Remodeling Experts of Chicago to help me design and renovate my new home. The scope of work consisted of removal of a partition wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open floor plan. The renovation included new wood floors, doors, baseboards, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
Also a complicated conversion from bathtub to full standing shower with a custom poured concrete base that went without any problems. Jim suggested designs and we made showroom visits to see cabinets, countertop materials and he brought me tiles that he suggested would complement the finishes, which I had selected. Jim designed the project and his team built it flawlessly.
The project came in on budget and the work went without interruptions. My new home looks better than I ever imaged, thanks to Jim's guidance Thank You Jim Heaney, and Remodeling Experts of Chicago.

I give my highest recommendations to Jim and his team! I hired Jim to remodel 2 bathrooms in my condo, both a small guest bathroom and the master en suite. While I had a general idea of the style I wanted, Jim was great during the consultation / design process and came with a number of tile samples to complete the design. He also took his time with me at the showroom, providing recommendations as I picked out the finishes.
Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. (1) The work is stellar, with great attention to detail. (2) Communication was outstanding throughout the process & the team was very punctual. (3) And Jim was completely trustworthy, a true professional. I highly recommend Mr Jim Heaney and his crew at Remodeling Experts of Chicago! They have all been extremely responsible and responsive to all of our needs. Their workmanship has been very precise, strong and exactly what we were hoping for. When it came to making choices their input was very well appreciated. This group was always on time, cheerful and responsible about cleaning up.

Jim and his team were fabulous! They helped us make our newly purchased house a real home that worked for our family. Jim's crew installed crown, moved walls, removed fireplaces, repaired hardwood floors, installed ceiling fans and the list goes on. They didn't shy away when new projects were thrown in or changed mid-stream.
