Shawn repaired my roof and replaced my neighbors. Shawn is the best. He always does what he says he will do. Julie is wonderful to work with. Very detailed, kind and honest. Can't say enough about these people and the work they do. Updated. Again had these guys out to replace my roof. Hats off to the efforts they put in to make it an enjoyable experience.

Nathan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to fix my roof properly. He found the previous repair (not done by this company) to be subpar and even when he didn't have the equipment to fix it, went to the office and picked up the parts to finish the job in one day. I have done 2 roofs with Whitaker and been completely satisfied both times but recently they went so far above and beyond I had to write a review. I'm at the tail end of a huge remodel and out of no where my roof started to leak on the newly remodeled woodwork and cabinets in my house. Whitaker was able to come and inspect the leak the following day, which I expected but they initially said the repair would need to wait a month, due to current work backlog.
When I explained to the inspector the gravity of the situation, brand new 6 month remodel, huge storm approaching that would put over a foot of snow on my leaking room, he called the office, they moved heaven and earth for me and actually did the repair the SAME day. Who does that? No one. No one but Whitaker roofing. You might find a better price but you'll never find better service or commitment to customer care.

I cannot say enough good about George and Willie. They performed repair on my roof exactly as they promised and did a fantastic job. I was amazed at the roof color match. They replaced over 100 shingles on my 15 year old roof, and I could barely see a color difference. They were professional and friendly. Thank you very much Whitaker!

Whitaker Roofing is amazing. They did such a fantastic job and fixed roofing issues we didn't even know were possible. My roof looks fantastic, they were on time, did an immaculate job on cleanup, the crew was very friendly and George, the job supervisor was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't have done this without Juli, the Office Manager. She coordinated the installation of our new skylights with an unrelated company and was just amazing to work with. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone who needed any roof work done.

We had two minor issues with a roof that had been installed last fall. They sent someone out right away and he did a perfect job repairing a couple of damaged shingles and a ridge vent that had not looked quite right. The owner, Shawn, was also very easy to work with. They were great. They came out in the middle of a rainstorm to repair a leaking roof vent. He showed up in their van, climbed up to the third story on his ladder and did the repair all in less than an hour. Julie (the lady who does the scheduling and answers the phone) was also great to work with. She made sure I was kept up to date during the entire repair, since I was working on it through our HOA.

Whitaker Roofing was professional and communicative. They helped us figure out the right roof for our flat roof house that was built in 1896. They remove layers of old roofing, installed insulation, installed a membrane on the flat roof and shingles on the porch and back addition. They finished it off with new gutters. I highly recommend using Whitaker for your roofing projects.
