Brady Roofing

Brady Roofing is the best! These guys really went above and beyond to help me. I called them out for a roof repair and it was discovered that I had major water damage (that I did not realize) not only to my roof but the insulation and drywall as well. They were very professional and showed me all of the issues and helped me every step of the way to discover what was causing my problem and gave me referrals to other very efficient and reasonably priced contractors to get everything that was out of their line of work repaired.

Everyone they referred was excellent as well. They spent countless hours on the phone with me and numerous visits to my home until they were sure that everything would be done right. They were not only concerned about doing a good job but also making it as affordable as possible. I would highly recommend them anyone needing roofing services.

I just had Brady Roofing replace my garage roof after our September wind storm and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They had a cancellation and showed up a week earlier than planned too. Brady Roofing replaced the roof on my home eight years ago, and that roof didn't have any damage from the wind storm. I've worked with Omar from Brady Roofing a few times now and have referred Omar and Brady Roofing to friends. I'm very satisfied with their work!

Biggest a-hole construction crew I've ever seen. They simply do not care about the surrounding neighborhood. Trash, noise, parking, dumpster placement, stray gear-all just the price we pay for the pleasure of their atrocious company. This company is a menace.

I manage several older buildings that are in need of some repair and some replacement as budgets allow. I have used Brady Roofing for several years on most of the roofs of these buildings. They have always been extremely responsive and professional. Stewart has always helped me with all my roofing needs and I will continue to use Brady roofing in the future. I have future jobs planned with this company that will cost over $20k and I believe I am getting the most for our money. Thank you Brady Roofing.

I live in Benchmark Village, where the 1 star review was left from. Brady Roofing has always taken great care of us and we absolutely love them. That review was inaccurate as far as my experience has been.

I had significant damage to both my home's roof and that of my detached garage from September's wind storm. I was fortunate to use Brady roofing for the project. Ben supervised the project, provided the bid and kept me informed of any updates and changes. The work was excellent and the job site was kept very tidy. I also feel that the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommended this company.

I had a garage roofed. Brady did not show up on the date we agreed on. Brady also removed my air conditioning unit - cut the lines and threw the condensing unit off the roof. Don't consider this company EVER!

My niece used Brady Roofing, her neighbor was so impressed they used them. Then my brother used them because his daughter and her neighbor was happy with them. My brother recommended them to me. I had them put on a new roof to my home and shed Spring 2018. Just like everyone said, they were fast in getting the bid to me. They scheduled the job within a week of my hiring them.

The whole job was professionally done in two days. Their workers were nice and polite. The salesman Stewart Gates was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. In fact it was cheaper then I thought it was going to be. I couldn't have been more happy with the whole experience. I would recommend them if you have any roofing needs. And NO I am not related to anyone or know anyone in their company!

The quality of work done with Brady Roofing was beyond expectations. Our roof had dead spots and rot and three layers of old. They cleared the old, changed out the wood, put in material that would take care of the dead spots and made sure everything was cleaned up. Their price was half of what my neighbors paid. They communicated every step with us and were super professional. You won't get a better service than Brady Roofing!

It was a pleasure working with Dymon Brady and his competent courteous team. The office staff kept me informed and up to date on everything. I love my new roof and the color of the shingles I chose.

Mike Brady is great to work with. He is very concerned about the quality of work and customer satisfaction. I like to tie things up and get the bill paid but Mike would not accept payment until everything was done 100%. The roof looks great and I can now sleep when the wind blows. I highly recommend Brady Roofing to anyone needing a repair or new roof.

We were very satisfied with Brady Roofing. They replaced our roof a year ago. They were efficient, hard working and easy to deal with. Our contact there was very available and responsive to a minor quirk that developed after the roof was installed. The owner even came out to look at it. They also did a good job of installing the new gutters. Our only criticism was that they did not suggest painting the eaves which would then be covered with a rain gutter.

A friend pointed out to us that that should be done in order to protect the wood. But all in all, we were very satisfied and have just called them again to repair our garage roof after a fallen tree punctured it. I suspect that the previous reviewer meant to review a different roofing company.

Sigh - I was excited to reach out to this company for my commercial roofing needs based on some positive AL reviews, but unfortunately I couldn't get past the initial phone call. My project is a large commercial building, my tenant is moving out and I wanted to have the roof inspected. I am not sure who answered the phone, but they had a thick accent and it became clear quickly they were poor communicators.

She basically told me they don't do inspections because they will get sued. Huh. Well, I tried to ask for some sort of inspection, any inspection really, tried to say it a couple of different ways but to no avail. I then felt the need to confirm that they were actually a roofing company. You know, I would guess most jobs start with an inspection, but what would I know I'm just a property manager. Anyhow, I lost confidence quickly and if you can't make an assessment about my roof without getting sued I would suggest you are in the wrong business or at minimum have hired the wrong receptionist. My business has gone else where.

Brady Roofing replaced my roof a several months ago. Using Brady Roofing was the best decision I have made in remodeling my home. They were professional in thir their approach to the project. They were very helpful in our choosing the type of shingle we should use.
