Everyone was helpful, professional and did an excellent job. I would refer them if you are in need of a new roof or any roof work. Jason, the owner, was honest and professional in his dealings with us. Kim, in the office, kept us informed and updated. Our demo/installation crew - Jorge, Antonio, and Miguel were a pleasure to work with. They were always prompt, worked hard and did a great job.

We recently had Shingle Pro reroof our home. Jason and his team were very responsive and communicative from day one. Unlike some other roofers that bid on my project, Jason was professional, not pushy, and proud of his company and their work. During the job, Jorge and the crew on site were great at communicating progress. They did a nice job cleaning up at the end of each day, which was very helpful with kids and dogs at the house. Excellent craftsmanship from the on site crew. Very happy with the results and the excellent warranty.

I rarely leave reviews. Shingle Pro earned this one. I am impressed. Jason and his team installed a new roof for us in 2013. They were in the middle of the pack in terms of price, but at the very top in terms of warranty, and also communication. So. 11 years later, we found ourselves with moisture in the attic. It turns out this was our own fault (installed a new fan in the bathroom that vented straight into the attic), but Shingle Pro has been helpful, accommodating, supportive, and, ultimately, instrumental in solving the problem. So 5 stars. Thanks Jason!

We recently used Shingle Pro for a full roof and gutter replacement and couldn't be happier with the job they did. Jason, Kim, and the rest of the team were extremely communicative both before and during the project. They were also responsive to our questions throughout the process, including over the weekend. Miguel and his team were professional on the job site and did a good job cleaning up when they were done each day.

They kept us informed on progress and what was planned for each day. Perhaps most importantly, they were also very respectful of our neighbors. The finished product on both the roof and gutters turned out great, both aesthetically and in terms of quality. If you're torn between bids, I'd strongly recommend the Shingle Pro team based on our experience.

Shingle Pro far exceeded my expectations. My roof was in terrible condition and well past its last leg. Jason came out to my house and did a thorough inspection, he was friendly and professional and made it clear exactly what had to be done. The crew that worked on my house was polite and professional and answered all the questions I had. It was obvious throughout the whole process that they were extremely skilled.

The final result is amazing! The transformation is night and day and the quality of the work is obvious. A roofing contractor installing gutters on my neighbors house even commented on how great it looks. I can't possibly say enough about how pleased I am with the new roof Shingle pro Roofing installed on my house. I'm completely convinced I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood! The level of professionalism from the owners, Jason and Kim, is unmatched. It is very obvious they take great pride in their business. Jason took the time to explain the whole process and that they only use the highest quality materials to insure I'd get the maximum life out of my new roof. Even though it was some of the coldest days of winter, their guys were on time, up on my roof and did an absolutely AMAZING job! I need also mention that tearing off and replacing a roof is a MAJOR mess but they left my yard as clean as when they arrived. Shingle Pro Roofing is at the top of their game!

I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Face it, looks are fleeting, what really counts is the quality of the materials and craftsmanship required to complete a truly outstanding roof. Certainteed shingles are the highest rated and their warranty exceeds all others. Shingle Pro certified installers take the time to insure quality work that exceed manufacturer specifications. Questions are encouraged and the installers were extremely friendly and quick with answers.

The worksite was orderly and well maintained and cleaned at night. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and raingutters. I would recommend Shingle Pro to anyone looking for a quality roof.

I really appreciated the professionalism, and communication between the team. Jason was helpful and explained what to expect with the job as far as time frame, and assisted with picking colors with shingles. He gave the final inspection personally. He made communication with neighbors. Kim was awesome at organizing and scheduling the appointments and keeping us well informed.

She made accommodations. The crew that did our roof were all very efficient and informed me of what they were doing that day and when they had days due to weather that would not be here to work. I highly recommend Shingle Pro! Jason, Kim and the crew are awesome! I was very impressed with Jason from the first time he came to look at my roof. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time, and informed me up front that if he felt like my shingles were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced, that he wouldn't be giving me a bid. I appreciated his honesty.

Once he got up on top of my roof, he came inside and sat down with me to go over everything--including the condition of my roof, his process, showing materials, pricing, warranties, etc. He didn't just hand me a bid at my front door with a packet and left like others have done. After signing an agreement, Kim kept in touch with me weekly updating me on when they would be able to start the job. Jason was up front with me about my Dish Satellite possibly needing to be adjusted after the work was completed.

I appreciated that information so it would not be a surprise to me. The crew arrived when I was told they would be here. I didn't have to wait around wondering when they would arrive. Jorge and his partner did a great job and cleaned up the yard each day. I love my new roof and it looks so sharp! Other contractors out there could learn a lesson from this company.

After getting bids from nearly 10 different roofing companies, Shingle Pro's bid was one of the most competitive. Additionally, we were impressed with Jason's knowledge, experience, and honesty. The office staff was great at keeping up updated on the status of our install. When the install began, the crew ran into some unforeseen issues. Jason and Jorge (the foreman) were very communicative about what the problems were and how they were going to fix them.

What should have been a 2 day install ended up taking 4 days, but the crew was delightful and hardworking the whole time. They did a great job cleaning up and left our yard spotless. We would 100% recommend Shingle Pro to anyone in need of a roof repair or a new roof.

Our roof was a mess. We had tar leaking out from under our shingles and dripping down our fascia. This was not a simple "tear off and re-roof." Jason provided awesome personal service. We did not ever feel pressured to move forward after their free estimate, but their attentiveness to our request and their patience with our process is what first made us feel comfortable having Shingle Pro Roofing do work on our home.

Jason impressed me from our very first meeting. He listened to me and answered my questions about ridge vents by actually showing me a sample which he had in his truck. His bid listed extra things like; 6 nails per shingle for a 150 mph wind warranty, 5 part industrial colored coating on every pipe flashing, a vented shingle row to help circulation in my 2nd story attic.

The dumpster they used even had port-a-potty! I like a company that retains employees. Camillo, the crew chief, was very professional. The job was done fast and clean. They used a magnet to pick up any extra nails in the driveway and flowerbeds after they blew out the gutters. When the dumpster was removed, the driver pulled it forward and swept the driveway clean! Excellent work, thank you.

When i found out I needed a new roof I was overwhelmed. I got several bids, but just got more confused. Then I called Jason at Shingle Pro and he was the first one that explained all the details to me so that I could understand them. I had Noe, Jesus, and Oscar on my roof and they did a wonderful job. They were always on time, worked hard and would answer any question.

Shingle Pro was able to do a fantastic job and removed as little of the artistic detail as possible - and they even replaced what they removed with similar wooden slats that they cut themselves! I had Shingle Pro replace the roof on my dads old house. Jason and his crew are so nice and professional. Jason took the time to explain everything he’s upfront and honest about what they do, prices and options. You can tell they have pride in the quality of their work. They put a beautiful new roof on my dads house. The quality of their work really does show. Not only do I recommend them, I’m planning on getting my roof done on my own house by them soon.

Jason explained everything, and kept to the bid. The crew was able to do the job in the number of days we were told. They finished putting up the shingles on the first day of snow, but said they would be back once the ground was clear of snow to sweep the yard for nails.

Jason sold us on his company by the presentation he made, his honesty, and the fact that he had earned higher standards meaning greater warranties than the other roofers. He provided several references and assisted us with colors. We told him we needed a date specific to have the work done and it was done on time. The roof looks great - even our neighbors say so.
