If they think they can load up on you they will. They gave me an estimate to redo a very small 5x6 bath. $27,000. They were 3 times more then 2 other bidders. I have since decided to do a total restoration $245,000 of my circa 1914 Park Hill bungalow. I did not even consider contacting them again. I have to think all these 5 star reviews are shills. I hate contractors that gouge just because the economy is good and they are busy. They throw out a huge number hoping you are ill informed. Beware.
