Very knowledgeable and experienced workers. And they were all very nice and respectful. The owner Bill is also very nice and even stopped by to make sure everything was on track and going well. There was a very slight hiccup but Bill went above and beyond to make it right. It was something he didn't even need to tell us but was honest and made it right! We will definitely be recommending their services to others!

Every winter (especially) that passed over the last 20+ years left me kicking myself that I had yet again neglected to have our cold house evaluated for lack of insulation. Enter Kilroy Home Insulation Inc. I heard about them from a different Kilroy who did the stellar job of building our addition, (cousins!) and I can say with 100% confidence that craftsmanship and integrity run in the family.

We could not be more pleased with their work, but as importantly, their attention to detail and providing information. Shelly strongly encouraged me to have Dominion come out to do an energy audit, so that we would qualify for a rebate. I didn't really care about the rebate - I just wanted a warmer house - but I am so grateful for the nudge because that audit uncovered a dangerous issue with our over 20 year old furnace, and we ended up replacing that as well.

I don't want to think what could have happened, had I ignored Shelly's advice. It was also determined that there was absolutely no insulation in our walls or attic, which certainly explains why our house was so cold every winter. Everybody I came into contact with in this business could not have been more helpful or courteous or understanding. The guys doing the actual work (Dave, Dylan, and Todd) deserve every penny they're paid and more.

They are such worker bees; I'm sure they must have taken breaks now and then, but they must have gone separately, because I barely noticed any pause in the work over the two full days they were working. I've been wanting to wait until it's cold enough inside the house to be able to report how well it retains heat when the (new) furnace is turned on, but even at 48 degrees outside earlier this week, the temperature inside remained comfortable at 68-69 degrees, so I've yet to turn the thing on! I'd say that's a pretty impressive improvement.

We kind of lucked into hiring Kilroy. They replied when other companies didn't, and I'm so glad t worked out this way. Shelley, the scheduler, was responsive. David and Dylan were the two-man crew that came to our home. We appreciated that they explained what they were doing while they were doing it. They respectfully wore masks in our home when we asked.

They cleaned up after themselves and were endlessly patient when we were being nosy, and answered all of our questions. I know that the insulation will provide comfort and value for years to come.

I can not say enough about this company. From scheduling to completion I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Steve R. was exceptional with his communication, always keeping me updated and educated on what him and his crew were doing and with a time frame for each step. They were here when they said they'd be and were consistent with working here everyday for a week straight.

They were trustworthy and friendly with my animals, which I truly appreciated. They also cleaned up everyday before they left the job. I highly recommend this company! I'm confident we will be alot warmer here come winter and cooler come summer, they were very thorough. Thank you Kilroy!

This company work was horrible. They left uncompleted work in my home. I spoke with the owner Bill several times. He lied about what he would do to make my home satisfactory. Poor service. Their work is sloppy. They plugged their equipment into my central air unit and damage it and lied. The left huge holes on my walls without proper repair. I don't understand how they're still in business with offering this type of service. I wish I could give them zero atars

Regarding your allegation of installing insulation improperly, below are the reasons that you are totally incorrect about our workmanship on your project - Please REVIEW MY SKETCH GIVEN TO YOU AS PART OF OUR ESTIMATE, YOU WILL NOTICE THAT ON THAT SKETCH I WROTE: (POSSIBLE CONCERN OF INFILTRATION OF INSULATION) that was regarding the seam where the slope ceiling meets the flat ceiling --When we met at your home for the original quote, we discussed the situation of tongue and groove boards with gaps.

You agreed to have your painter (a highly regarded woman painter that does all of your work) to fill in any gaps with brown caulk which I also mentioned to you IN AN EMAIL sent 08/02/19. If you need a copy of the sketch and email that were sent to you prior to us doing work and accepting the work, I can forward them to you. Any insulation infiltration into the room was clearly your responsibility per our conversation, email and the 4 times we were at your home.

The men are nice, hard working, and prompt. But they didn't lock the back gate and my husband and I had to go hunting in 10pm darkness for our black lab (minus a star) and when my husband talked to them about it they didn't care (minus a star). They work fast. And are straight up when things go wrong (3 day turns in 4 days bc a piece of equipment failed) just wish they loved and cared for pets better and listened to clients wishes better :-)

They did whole house insulation in my Cleveland Heights home in 2013 and Dominion's energy assessment team came through and verified the high quality of the work. My heating bills dropped significantly.

The work performed included air sealing and insulation of our attic and basement.
