Compass Insulation

The crew from Compass did large insulation and roof repair jobs on a newly purchased industrial building. They were patient and professional in answering my questions. They were accommodating of my schedule. The crew was friendly and worked hard. The quality of work was excellent. I am pleased with the results. It is nice to have a bright, warm and dry workspace this winter.

We received estimates from three instulation service providers before choosing Compass. We chose Compass because the agent providing the estimate presented his findings and recommendations without any form of high pressure sales/marketing tactics. The agent advised us of rebates/discounts through Columbia Gas and recommended we have a Columbia Gas audit prior to having any insulation work done.

We found the Columbia Gas audit useful; it aided us in moving forward with the insulation work sooner rather than later. The instulation staff from Compass Insulation were professional, informative, timely and efficient. They cleaned up well behind themselves and they never appeared bothered by pop-up visits to observe and ask questions as they worked.

We are pleased with what we have seen of the work that was done in the attic and we trust the product will live up to its reputation. Based on our experience with Compass Insulation, we high recommend their service.

Compass insulation is completing the insulation on my new building. They have been working with me, being so flexible and responsive to my continual changes and hold ups in the project due to COVID. Compass did an awesome job! Kevin, kyle, lorenzo, and Rome where top notch! Showed me what they where doing and explained everything. Quick and easy, cleaned up after themselves, and did and overall awesome job, more than I was expecting. House is alot more quite and also alot warmer. Highly recommend compass. When I first contacted Kevin at Compass Insulation and he assessed the work we wanted done at the house, I came away impressed with our meeting. After deciding to move ahead with our project, insulation for specific portions of our century home, Kevin and the entire crew moved the project forward with a priority and expediency that we appreciated.

A fairly large job was completed in one day. Everyone involved in the work treated the house and household with the respect you would expect from a top-notch company. Would rate the quoting process and final cost of completion as very competitive as well.

I first met Kevin one of the supervisors at Compass when I was shopping insulation contractors. He responded to my phone call quickly and was at my home in no more than two hours from when I first called. He was thorough in his evaluation (more thorough than two other contractors I had come out) and he gave me a fair price. He showed up on the scheduled day and completed the job professionally and quickly. Kevin also helped me complete the paperwork for rebates through the gas company. There was no high pressure sales and no haggling about money or extras. Most importantly my house is warmer and my gas bill is lower.

I prospected Compass out of the blue. One of my other subs gave me their name. We had an excessive amount of back and forth discussion through the quote period as I needed help determining the best way to go. We ended up using a combination open cell, closed cell foam and fiberglass insulation. They have been one of the best crews I have worked with. The work was done fast and very profesional. They cleaned up after themselves and where tidy. I was pleased I used compass.

Amazingly low utility bills on a 3200 sq/ft open style ranch. I highly recommend them.

We had the guys at Compass Insulation tear off and replace the main section of our roof at work. This was a big project as that was where the majority of our equipment is. They did a great job at a very fair price. I will be using them in the near future to come back and install some ventilation fans in the roof as well. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical of the claims made by the spray foam industry and was concerned about the added costs over old style fiberglass insulation when we built an addition on our home making it 4 times the original size. After all the spray foam, my heat and cooling bill did not go up at all, and we also had the added benefit of major sound reduction from the outdoors.

The guys from Compass were extremely careful and professional. I later built a shop that I had them come back and insulate and it only costs me pennies to heat that space too. I highly recommend this company.

Jimmy and his crew came to our home and performed some infrared scanning and air infiltration analysis. Once completed they determined some problem areas from construction of the home which they remedied with Foam and spray insulation.
