Ralph at Flooring Spot helped us through the process of explaining the types of floors they carried, ordering them and getting the installation scheduled. He's the nicest person to work with, very courteous and professional, also very thorough in his communication. The planks came in less than a week and were installed in a day. The installer did a really nice job. Great company to work with and has a great team of people.

We absolutely LOVE our new flooring from The Flooring Spot. Marisa and her team led by Antonio were fantastic to work with from start to finish! Marisa is so easy to communicate with and very attentive. We are so grateful for their hard work and will recommend them to everyone. We are glad we chose them to install our new luxury vinyl planks!

My husband and I just had our floors done and everything came out great! We are very pleased with the service we received from start to finish! They explained the difference between the flooring and helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed for our home. We had floors done for three bedrooms and received a good price. They were able to complete all three rooms in one day. Thank you so much for all your help, we definitely recommend "The flooring Spot"!

Terrible store. Do not come here. Was quoted and promised a certain price for carpet and carpet installation by the owner in person and signed paperwork but he changed the price and charged way more AFTER we already verbally agreed to and signed for a different amount. So shady, do not come here

We choice floor spot to do our floor project this august, I gave 4star out of 5 to this company, I worked with Douglas 99% of the time and he is a professional in his field and very knowledgeable in product, the project finished beautifully and on time! ( very important in my opinion) I took one star off only cuz it takes nearly a months for them to fix last part of the job ( only 15mins worth of work so it is not a big deal ). But overall I am still happy our choice. Contact with Douglas and get your job done.

I used this company twice, once for LVP and once for carpet. Everything came out well. Douglas was a pleasure to work with. There were no surprises. The bill equaled the estimate even though the job ended up being more difficult than anticipated. I would call this company again for more flooring. I was not paid to write this review (unfortunately).

Shady business. I had to call Juan, because the installation was next day and no one contacted me to arrange schedule details. He was careless about quality control and installation process and the prep-repairs the seller offered was out of his hansd because it wasn't specified in the contract. If they damage some floor there's no reimbursement nor replacement.

As mentioned before they promised to fix sub floor (cracking sounds, not damaged subfloor) but didn't include in the contract therefore they got away with it. Warranty is non existence, they just replaced part of the factory damaged floor and refuse to return, exchange or issue a refund over them because they where just a few planks and triedto convinceme that stains in the floor werenormal by sending pictures of other brands floor. Beware they take your money in a hurry but will blame everything else before take responsibility over their lack of quality in the product or service. Update10/01/2021: Elizabeth, I am impressed with all the points you addressed in an attempt to justify Juan Lugo (the legal owner of The Flooring Spot). Did you even looked at the pictures?

I am asking because your excuse of "Natural wood defects" look like sharpie marks not like "fillers" as you mentioned. Did you ask Douglas (the sales representative) about the plank I showed him when he brought the invoice to my home that has the same marks and he refused to be replaced? You guys can blame climate change if you want. The evidence is there in the pictures.

You have my phone number in file and haven't try to reach me out. You just depicted in your comments how deceitful and careless about quality and customer service your business is. Eventhough I tried to get things right from the beginning, it's obvious that The Flooring Spot never has and never will honor their so called "Warranty" not during or after any installation.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to give Kudos to this place for their excellent service (I wish I could give them 6 stars). My wife couldn't be happier with our new floors in our kitchen and living areas. Everyone involved in the process was professional and friendly. We were surprised of how fast we got from measurements to having our floors installed. Process was a breeze. We will come back when it is time to replace the carpet in our rooms.

Juan and his staff did an Awesome job on our wood flooring install. Great service and highly professional. Will be coming back for additional rooms. Definitely would recommend.

Customer service is is their top priority. After getting a unreasonable price from another flooring company I spoke with Juan and he did nothing but accommodate what I wanted with a reasonable price. His team of guys were awesome and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

The flooring spot is top notch. I was shopping around for a new carpet in my living room and I got the best price and even better quality than the other guys. If you are looking for carpet or floor this is the place, highly recommended.

After visiting several stores, we found The Flooring Spot and are so happy we did. Juan and his staff were extremely helpful, polite and patient through the process of finding the right product for us and their prices are the best in the area. The installers, led by Hector, were very professional, efficient and fast. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up nicely after themselves. The Flooring Spot is the best flooring place in town! The entire process from walking through the door to the installation was seamless and stress free. They have a great selection and many options to choose from. Juan was so personable and fantastic to work with. The turnaround time was very quick.
