I work nights so I had to stay awake for 24 hours to accomidate their schedule. Would have been fine but this guy came into my home talking to me like I'm a complete idiot and my stove isn't working because I'm using the wrong pans. I tried to explain that I've had the same stove and pans for more than a year, he stormed out of my house without even looking at the appliance because I was "argumentative". This after listening to a 20 min lecture over the phone on the function of stoves while trying to schedule. I'm 40 years old I've never dealt with such arrogant disrespect from a repairman.

We came home to a refridgerator not working, called Kurt, he was out to our house in just a few hours and 24 hours later he replaced the broken part and refridgerator was up and running. It doesn't get easier than that. Thank you.

In a world where repairmen and other service personnel are hard to find, don't show up when they're supposed to, charge too much, etc., A-OK has been a godsend. Kurt has done work for me on a number of occasions with my rental washers and dryers. He responds to calls or email quickly and takes the time to explain the problems and the options in detail before making the repair. Honest, thorough...I can say enough about them.

Our washing machine was full of water after stopping mid-wash and would not turn back on. We called Kurt and he came out and drained the washer for us and discovered there was a sock that had somehow gotten plugged in the pump. He was able to replace the pump right then and there and got our washer working again all in one visit!
