Robinsons Appliance Repair

I had a dryer that was making an ear-piercing squeal. I called Robinson's based on their reviews, and I was not disappointed. They had a new pulley and wheel replaced and dryer was ready to go in less than 20 minutes! Dryer works great and is quiet again. Efficient, fairly priced.and they're pretty funny. Greatly appreciate and highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Never returned my call. Glad he didn't. Was mad because I gave him two stars so I gave him 5. Didn't earn even one. Nevermind, dropped it back down.

Had him out for a leaking dishwasher we talked by phone and he noted likely the motor leaking. Came out Monday looked it over and said not the motor but another seal on another part was the issue. He would need to come back out Thursday. Comes out Thursday puts part on and then discovers plugging it in trying it out its still leaking and appears leaking from the motor now the repair cost is 600 plus. Costing now more then what the dishwasher is worth.

We had the discussion about what to do and made the decision likely not worth repairing due to the cost then we dissed our bill and he advised he hates when jobs turn out like this but then charges us 271.00 leaving us with no dishwasher and a large bill to deal with and then have to replace it. When we tried to reach out and state the bill appears to be high for the diagnostic and he then tried to put husband against wife about why he billed the amount he billed.

We understand being charged for a service call a day around 150 for this but a bill for 271.00 for the services provided is high. Therefore we would not recommend this repair service.

They researched the problem w my appliance, brought the part, & installed it quickly. Very professional. I would recommend them.

Robinson's Appliance was excellent customer service. You do have to leave a msg and they will call you back but I had a washer issue and they came out and tested it and it turned into not a washer issue at all but a plumbing issues they recommended a wonderful plumber and after the plumber came out they check back in with me to make sure there there was no more issue I will recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repair and I will only use them in the future thank you Robinson's Appliance repair.

This company was one of only two that called us back for repairing our dishwasher. After communicating, the other company never responded and ghosted us. Robinson's answered their phone, communicated as needed, researched our problem and found the necessary parts. Then they showed up on time and did the necessary repair work in a professional and competent manner. The dishwasher works great again! Impressed with this company, will call on them again for sure.

Was told over the phone without being charged what the issue was with my washer and the part was ordered for the repair so I didn't end up with two service charges. From the first phone call, Noel with Robinson Appliance Repair, was professional, efficient and honest. He was up front on potential causes of the problem with my oven along with potential cost. These guys are the most honest, professional, and knowledgeable repair men you could ever find. Noel and his sidekick came in and fixed my dryer in 15 mins. We were having some issues with our dryer not heating up. I called and left a message and got a call back within a normal time frame. Noel came out within a day or two of my call. He had given me a estimate before coming out which was great!. He came out fixed the issue with the dryer. After he left my mother in law said it had stopped working again.

I texted Noel as I was at work. He turned right around and went back to my house to see what was going on. Come to find out, I have a clogged vent in my wall which is burning out my drier. He replaced the broken part again and gave me a number to clean the vent out. He stayed under the estimate cost, was on time and very professional. I am so happy I randomly called him instead of Jeffrey's. I highly recommend Robinsons Appliance!
