Low water pressure to irrigation sprinklers out of well house. The Service man was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have him a 10 for his service to me. However he left the tablet in the van and it got to hot and wouldn't let me pay for the service. So I suggested that he put it in the upright freezer that was in the garage. Which he did and after a few minutes he was able to access the tablet and I paid the bill. A new lesson for him.

We were getting ready to take a much needed few days off from our business when we noticed our water pressure dropped at our bar. I called Stutzman on a Friday afternoon and they were the only ones staffed up to send a technician to check it out for us. Aden was helpful, professional and quickly resolved the repair for us within an hour. I also appreciated their using current technologies to let us know via text when they would arrive, how to get in touch with the tech with any questions and when they had completed their work. 1st time using them and VERY IMPRESSED.We will definitely remember them next time. Gas water heaters expected lifetime is 12 to 15 years. Mine was 18 years old and I decided to get it replaced and quit worrying when it would go bad. I made an appointment with Stutzman Services. They came out and asked me if I wanted replaced today. I said sure. The job was done professionally and took a couple of hours. Amazed that I didn't have to schedule for a later date. That was GREAT. Stutzman figuring out my drain system and where the backup was occurring. This was followed up promptly by an estimate and a candid discussion of our options (full fix vs. periodic maintenance). My sister-in-law had a clogged drain. She called Stutzman for a quote and they were there the next day. She needed financial help for the repair and Stutzman billing was able to split the bill between Myself and Her and unclog her drain. This helped an disabled elderly person use her sink again. Kent and his assistant did a great job! We had an old traditional water heater that came with the house and was starting to rust out. We've had tankless water heaters at our other houses and really like them, but we were concerned that with having a gas stove that the gas line wouldn't be wide enough. Kent got into our attic and verified the pipe was wide enough coming into the house and that he would be able to add a wider pipe the rest of the way.

The whole process from the first call to the installation took less than two weeks. The other staff we spoke with at Stutzman were very professional and responsive. We couldn't be happier with our new tankless water heater.

Our plumber, Jake, was fantastic! He is super competent, very honest, and his work is superior. He was very respectful of our home and fixing things in a caring way as though it were his own home. His integrity is spotless, in that he answered all of our initial questions very truthfully and did not try to "sell" us any service we didn't need. It is also great that Stutzman offers a free consultation.

At this consultation, Jake looked at our garbage disposal carefully and said it had been installed properly and also evaluated our upstairs shower mechanism, suggesting that the few drips we have after the water is turned off didn't really require a new cartridge. Stutzman is a quality professional service provider! My brother in Lebanon moved to an assisted living facility leaving the house vacant. I live in MT so everything had to be done remotely. Their logistics were excellent! I knew exactly who would be at the house, when they got there, a picture of the technician, (Aaron) etc. He called me upon arrival to confirm what I had requested for service, called me with a quote once he had reviewed the projects, called me after to confirm everything was done and the quote was accurate. I paid with a CC via the phone and the receipt was sent to me electronically. SUPERB! I would trust them anytime and recommend their services.

Our pump quit working and we didn't know why. Stutzman Services sent a technician right away. He was able to diagnosis the problem and replace the needed parts all in one visit. He was great to work with and very thorough in explaining what he was doing and recommended future maintenance to prevent similar problems. Stutzman Services will be our first call if we ever have other water issues.

From the person who answered the phone to the technicians who performed the service they were all very friendly and professional. 30 minutes from my callI had two technicians at my house working to replace my hot water heater. Within 2 hours I had a new water heater. Very reasonable price and great quality service. They will definitely be getting more of my business! Thank you!

Called Stutzman to do a hose bib install. It was easy to schedule an appointment and there were multiple communications before he came to my house, which I appreciated. Aaron (plumber) explained everything that he was considering in the job and consistently asked me if I had any questions as he explained things. I appreciated how thorough he was.

We had an issue where we needed a plumber to come out to fix a leak where 1000s of gallons of water was blowing past the water meter. I had called one company and was told that it would be weeks before they could come out. Another plumber wouldn't call me back. My spouse and I were cold calling plumbers, and we discovered Stutzman Services. They came out within a couple of hours and got the leak fixed.

The man who came out was professional and explained what he had done. I will definitely reach out to them again when we need plumbing work done, which quite honestly hoping is a long time from now. Thanks for the great job!

My mother-in-law is a long time resident of Albany Oregon and recently lost her husband. She needed a toilet seat installed and contacted Stutzman. She informed us that she charged a total of $130, $60 for the service call and $70 to remove the old seat and install a new seat (2 screws). We live in Oceanside Ca and she doesn't have family nearby.

It appears that your business took advantage of an elderly lady. She is on a very fixed income and is still in the process of removing her deceased husband name from a variety of accounts. Not a very good business practice

Christmas day all of our plumbing began backing up in the shower/bathtub. I waited until the next day to locate a plumber - the first four companies/people I called were unable to help and lacked any compassion for the situation. From the moment I called, to the services rendered - Stutzman Services was AMAZING. They were able to get someone out to us the same day, Casey the technician was patient and efficient. The cost was significantly less than what we had expected. Without a doubt, they will be our go to for any plumbing needs!

Stutzman Services did a beautiful job on our landscaping. Their landscape manager took my initial ideas and improved on them. He listened to my ideas on plant selection and worked with us to develop a plan that fit our ideas and our budget. Their work crew was very professional and did a good job. I contacted another contractor to fix a broken valve on my irrigation backflow prevention device but he no-showed. Out of desperation, on Friday heading into a hot weekend, I called Stuzman Services. Dave was in the area and was able to swing by 3 hours later. We communicated by cell during the fix and I was able to stay at work for important meetings and pay Dave by giving him my credit card number over the phone. The receptionist was pleasant and courteous. Dave got my irrigation system back online. I appreciate Stuzman's diligence to fix my problem promptly. Thanks.

I called Stutzman Services about my well that stopped working. The system was very old and I knew everything would need to be replaced, they came out and looked at it and said it would cost between 5 and 6 thousand dollars, then charged $197.50 for a service call. I called another well and pump service that replaced everything and it cost me $1737.00. Less than their original bid and they did not charge a service call for the bid.

Martin and his crew did such a fantastic job on the front of my house that I am turning them loose on the back yard. They are a fantastic bunch!
