Dylan and Matt were professional, hard working and nice!! They cleared a clogged drain, repaired pipes in the crawl space and installed a new P-trap. The price was affordable, which is refreshing in today's economy. I highly recommend Lefty's!!

Josiah from Lefty's Plumbing fixed multiple issues in a short amount of time. I had some miscellaneous questions about the plumbing in my home and he was very friendly and educational. Lefty's worked me in earlier than I was originally scheduled, which I really appreciated. They send a text with the approximate arrival time of their technician when they are on their way, which I like.

The price is competitive with other plumbing companies and I also like that they give you a price after they take a look at the situation and you are under no obligation. In my situation, the price was less than estimated as it was not necessary to replace the faucet cartridge to fix the leak. Highly recommend.

Duane was knowledgeable, personable, on time, fixed the issue we were having, AND didn't charge us since the solution was quite minor. Excellent first time experience with this company. If and when we need plumbing help in the future we will be sure to call Lefty's.

Lefty's Plumbing came to our rescue within a week when others would have taken much longer. On their first visit, to figure out why our washing machine overflowed, they spent a good amount of time working on it. The problem persisted so when I called to mention that, they immediately sent someone to investigate. Once that happened they rescheduled a plumber, at no charge, to work on the pipes again. Problem solved. They were polite, responsive, masked, and professional.

Yesterday, I tried to fix leaky shower valve. The day was close to "worse day of my life". Today, Dwayne and his colleague came, taught me a lot, quickly fixed and upgraded the shower faucet, put a smile on my face and gave me joy, and closed the deal with a reasonable price. (First time I've EVER WANTED to give plumbers a tip.) Lefty's is the only plumber I'll ever call. Thanks, men!

Lefty's did a fantastic job installing our new tub/shower and surround. Josiah came out and first replaced our old leaky pipes. We were very pleased with the honest and reliable contractor they sent out to build a wall and replace damaged flooring. Next, between Ashley and Josiah, we got just the surround that we needed. Ashley was really interested in making sure we got just the surround our family needed and was very understanding and patient with me changing my mind a few times. Dwayne came to install the toilet when we were ready and did an awesome and clean job.

He also took care of a handle on our other toilet while he was here. These guys are kind, clean and professional and they do great work. We'll have them back out when we're ready to install the vanity!

After an exorbitant estimate from another company, I asked Lefty's to have a technician look at my clogged sink. He showed up on time, immediately diagnosed it, cleaned it out quickly, and the charge was only for their minimum house call. The technician, Dwayne, was prompt, courteous, and knew exactly what the problem was. If/when I need a plumber, I will not hesitate to call Lefty's and I highly recommend them. A first class operation.

We recently had a whole house repipe done by Lefty's and they did a fantastic job. I was dreading needing to have this done during Covid but they completed the work quickly and safely. Fast communication from office, the crew stuck to schedule and showed up on time and we don't have to worry about leaks now! Very fair cost as well. We will definitely use the crew in future for plumbing needs.

they came to my home to help install a dishwasher we failed to do on our own. I needed an electrician first so he stopped my line from leaking for me and turned my hot water back on as well as provided good information. will definitely recommend and use lefty's again.

Had a leaky sink and called around. I bought my own faucet and just needed it installed. I first called a company that quoted me 300 dollars as a standard kitchen faucet install cost. A friend recommended Lefty's and I am so glad they did! Duane was the best plumber ever, he was super nice and wicked fast! He came early, and finished it in an hour and only charged $150. Lefty's saved me $150 dollars! Office staff was prompt and Duane the plumber was top notch. If anyone asks me for a plumber I will always say Lefty's. Thanks for saving me money! -Satisfied Customer

This is the second time working with Lefty's, and this time it was with Josiah. I had a leaky faucet bib that another plumbing company told me would cost $600 to fix, which seemed crazy. I called Lefty's for a second opinion even though I should have called them first because a couple years back they replaced my whole pipe system from house to curb for a thousand less than what most companies were quoting me at and were much more professional and organized. Josiah came, looked at my faucet bib, got out a wrench, and fixed the leak in only a few seconds.

I asked what the charge would be, and he said only a service fee for coming out. I saved hundreds of dollars thanks to Lefty's! Thank you for being honest and so good at your job!

One Sunday morning, my water heater started leaking and I could not stop it. I called Mike at Lefty's, and Brandon showed up, immediately. Brandon was able to empty the tank and stop it from leaking more water. He and I discussed the pros and cons of a new tankless water heater, thus the reason for the delay in ordering and replacing it. Brandon listened to my opinion, and was able to accommodate my request and got me a top of the line water heater.

A couple of days later, my water heater was replaced with a brand new one. He did a wonderful professional job installing and connecting it. I am extremely happy with the end result. I trust Lefty's and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mike, Brandon and the team!

Lefty's is very customer oriented. Everyone I worked with from the office to the plumber that came out was so nice and quick to respond. I had a mystery leak that took some time to figure out and Josiah was very thorough. They are knowledgable and very fair- and I was a first time customer! I will use them again and refer them whenever I can.

I had been using another plumbing company for many years till a friend recommended Lefty's . I had a seeping leak under the ground under my house. They came, looked at it, then came back 3 days later to fix it. It was a crew of 3 guys, very professional, nice . They dug it all up, replaced the pipe. They showed me what they were doing and explained every step.

They cleaned up the area and it looks like they were never here! AND very important Lefty's is very reasonably priced ! That's important to me living on a fixed income. I LOVE these guys. Lefty's is my new plumbing company!

Lefty's Plumbing Service LLC, is awesome! I had 2 men on my doorstop about 1 hr after I called. They were polite, efficient and... wait for it... CLEANED UP THEIR MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT!!!! I was SHOCKED when they asked for a broom to sweep up. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF I NEED A PLUMBER!

I called 3 plumbers re putting in two new toilets. Lefty's were the best to talk to so I said yes. Lucky me! Not only did Mike from Lefty's come and install the new toilets that same week, he also did a really great installation job, took away the old toilets, and cleaned up everything. I waited a few months before writing this review to see how the new toilets worked, and so far they have been great.

No clogs or overflows, which become a weekly thing with the old toilets. The toilets flush really well and fast, they're water efficient, and always flush everything down. We are now able to flush at least three times more than before, after every single use, with no issues. Just got my water/sewage bill and it's still the same, it hasn't even gone up at all!

And the best thing ~ the new toilets are slightly higher than our old toilets but so much easier and more comfortable to sit on. And not only were Mike and Lefty's great, they were by far the most affordable and accommodating plumbing company, plus they didn't try to sell me extra stuff (two of the other companies were talking about how they could sell me new faucets etc. whereas Mike gave me this goo to shine my current faucets, and now they all look like new!). My husband and I purchased a small apartment complex in West Salem in January of 2016. Almost immediately we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and called a well-known national company. They came out and did a fairly decent job. Their service tech, however, highly recommended Lefty's Plumbing, Inc., for any ongoing issues. Due to the age of the apartments (40 plus years) we knew we desperately needed a good, trustworthy plumber.

The owner, Mike came out and met with us. We went through each apartment and listed all current issues then set out a priority list. Since then we've had Mike and his team, Kevin and Brandon replace 3 complete bathrooms. They've changed out 2 hot water heaters. They've fixed numerous kitchen clogs and have educated our tenants on what not to do going forward.

Our plumbing issues are quickly becoming non-existent. They are prompt, show up when they said they would and are always on time. We've never had an issue with them "fitting" us in. Their work is second to none. There are NO shortcuts with these guys, if you want a "patch" job, don't call them because their integrity depends on their work.

They are like family now. Our tenants even love them. These guys have literally taken personal ownership of our apartments, and it shows. We have nothing bad to say about this company. We recommend them in the highest possible way. We stand behind them 100%

Worst plumbing service I have yet to come across in my adult life. Either the receptionist is completely incapable of scheduling or they have poor communication amongst their team. I had a pretty gross sewer issue this morning and made an appointment for 12:30 and returned to work. She calls back and says that the time wont work, so she says 2:00, and then 1:30. She calls me at 1:00, to tell me they wont make it at all that day. Completely unreliable! I do NOT recommend anyone using Lefty's. So unprofessional.

I would recommend to anyone Lefty's Plumbing Service. He has reasonable prices, is pleasant to work and is trustworthy.
