Highly recommend Discount Fence. Mark Pucci and team did a fantastic job. They had quoted about a one month lead time for the fence to arrive. They received and installed the fence about two weeks ahead of schedule. The crew was both timely and clean during the installation. Best of all, the price was about 30% lower than other quotes we had received. Job well done and definitely give Discount a call for your project!

Yes, I love the fence! Marks crew was the best! They worked so hard, and were so pleasant to work with. You can tell they love their work and take pride in what they do. It was a very hot day for putting in a fence. Never did I hear anyone even mention the heat! I'll tell you. they were the happiest crew I've ever had! When I heard their laughter while they worked it made me smile! I will definitely recommend them. Great service.

I had checked three places for prices and they had the best one. The job was done on time as quoted. The gentlemen that came to install the new fence were so nice. Everything was explained, very considerate of the property, and did a beautiful job. When they left the only thing that stayed was the fence they cleaned up everything. I totally recommend this company. I could not have been any happier.

We absolutely LOVE our fence from Discount Fence. We needed a fence installed for an upcoming birthday party, and the timeframe was pretty tight. But Mark was able to get all the materials in time (earlier than expected, actually) and his guys installed it so quickly and beautifully! Every single guest at the party complimented the fence and commented on how it has transformed our property, while also making them and their families feel safe here! (We live on a main road with no backyard, so the front was fenced in). They also installed two gates that look magnificent! We are so happy with the end result - THANK YOU DISCOUNT FENCE!

I had listened to a friend of mine and hired this Company. worst decision I have ever made. They are very unprofessional, unreliable, no communications whatsoever. They will schedule your installation but will not show up. They have a business phone that no one ever answer or return your call. They left materials in our backyard and never returned but of course they want your money. Believe all the reviews you read, it's true. Hire another contractor even if you pay a little more.

Started out great! They came on time, installed the fence and even came back and replaced some split boards. Then I paid them the final payment and I've been ghosted. They never answer the phone nor do they return calls. The three gates they fabricated from fence panels started warping almost immediately and now I can't open the gate on my driveway.
The warping is so bad I am afraid my little dogs are going to walk right thru it. After finally threatening Mark with this review he finally responded to my texts. This time he said they ordered new gates for me? Confusing since the gates they installed were made from fence panels!. I was way more than patient. I cant understand how anyone runs a business like this.
Very very disappointed. My advise is make sure its done before you pay them because they are all done with you once they have your money. And you are on your own for any subsiquent fixes you will need.

Mark and his crew installed a fence around our house during the challenging summer of 2021. They did a phenomenal job. Since we also had major landscaping work going on, Mark's crew accommodated the fence's installation to allow all the other work run smoothly. They showed amazing flexibility and adjusted to our timeline (which was highly delayed because of COVID). Discount Fence was patient, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. We love our new fence, and we cannot recommend Mark and his crew enough.

Contacted the company numerous times in 2020 for a fence at my business. Finally got the owner out for an estimate which was very rushed but fair. Stated the work could start in 3 weeks. Called, emailed numerous times to find out how to give deposit, no response. They don't care about your business and frankly the owner has a scary temper. Hired a much more expensive contractor button the end I believe it was fair for the high quality. Very happy with fence installation, after meeting with several contractors, Discount Fence was the most optimal. There was a delay in installation due to materials and how busy they are but that is expected with the pandemic. Mark was very professional, and the team that did the work were very polite and quick. I wish I could rate their work, but I was told that they couldn't do my fence repair job because it was too small. That's unfortunate because I would like to replace the fence at some point and they just lost a potential customer. Perhaps the owner should realize that a fence repair one day could lead to a life-long customer (with referrals) down the line. Your loss, buddy.

We met with Mark and he was very helpful. He actually came out twice to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for. The crew, from the workers to the delivery persons, were polite, respectful and fast workers. The fence looks awesome and my kids (one who is autistic) can safely play in our entire yard without any worry. The price was the best we received out of 4 quotes by a LOT. Nothing was left behind, barely any debris at all. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn't recommend. We signed a contact in early June, 90% of the fence was delivered three weeks later, the rest of it never showed. Not Discount Fence's fault the fence was on backorder; however, I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times to even get an estimate on when we may see the rest of the fence. Kept putting us off and had to chase down many many times.
When they finally said that we wouldn't be seeing it until late fall, they offered to install a wood fence. They ended up saying they would charge $900 more than originally quoted. I said it would be "basic customer service" to keep it at the original quote after months of waiting and Mark said "good thing I'm not in customer service." Overall, zero communication. While I know fences are in high demand right now, would have expected a better experience. Didn't end up trusting them in the end.

Response from the owner 3 hours ago First off, to answer your question, yes, we are a legitimate company. We hold ourselves to a high level of integrity and put the safety and well-being of our employees above making a buck. Upon, doing the free estimate, our employee whom your wife held in high esteem in her review, witnessed an incident that made us decide to kindly decline doing business with you.
He gave us a FIRST hand account as to what happened. When I told your wife that we had decided not to take on your job and wished her luck, she pressed for a reason. Without incident, one might find that odd. I simply stated that an incident took place and made our employee feel unsafe. We let it go at that, as that was the polite thing to do despite your wife's firm interrogation. Yes, all of this happened before any work was done or before a contract was signed because WE decided that based on your action, that we did not want to do any business with you which is our right to do.
The reason that we do have FIVE STAR reviews is because we have amazing people running the company, amazing people working here that do exemplary work and because of that our customers share their positive experiences with others. Mark gave a fair price, material delivered as promised, fence installed on day committed, worker's were on time and polite and cleaned up when completed. Had an issue with one rail, Mark replaced it without question and fence looks great! Hoping no issues no going forward, but for now couldn't be more pleased.

Mark and his team did a great job of installing the fence in a day at our home. Their price was competitive and work quality solid. However, getting in touch if there is a problem after payment has occurred has been a nightmare. Much to Mark's credit he followed up with me right after the fence was installed (before the final payment) and I identified a problem which was the end of the fence against my house was against a window that made it so it couldn't be opened (not sure why this wasn't questioned when it was first installed).
Within a week this was addressed however instead of doing a quality repair the team merely moved one of the posts so it is now at an odd angle and not square. I have been waiting to put in a deck while trying to get this fixed as this be quite aesthetically unappealing with an unsquare deck and fence. My wife and I called and texted the owner and the business leaving messages over several months.
The messages at the business were never returned but a few of the text messages were. Someone from his team did come out after several months and fix the latch on the gate that made it very difficult to open and close it, however, this took repeated follow-up and the problem of the crooked fence was never addressed. I had called them two weeks ago to replace some fencing and put in a bigger gate, and they never called me back. After reading all of these Negative reviews on Discount Fence, I will never use them. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This company is horrible. You will be getting a faulty installation and subpar materials. The fence was installed last year and is hanging by toothpicks. The wood is the lowest quality cedar. There are holes in the fence and the seams are splitting. The cement did not set properly so the posts were not set right. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
They only return calls when they start the project. I left several calls complaining about the fence and they do not return them. I finally got someone on the phone and the guy actually hung up on me! I worked in a service business years ago and you never treat customers that way. The customer is always right, take notes from Stew Leonard. The proof is in my backyard! They don't stand behind product or service!

Mark Pucci of Milford CT is a dirt bag. They suck. I gave them a $5k deposit and they screwed me. They showed up 2 weeks late. Also any did $1,520 of the job(which is falling down after 2 months). I asked them politely 5 times for the balance of my deposit back and they didn't call me back. After I posted negative review, the owner emailed me within 1 hour say "now you will never get your refund".

I have been extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work. Great salesman! Once they get your bid and deposit you are treated very differently. From showing up weeks late, to poor quality work, (wobbly deer fence, so loose, poles falling over, ) and most importantly the fence is NOT EVEN CLOSE to being flush to the ground.
They came back once to repair it when I complained, but instead of doing it properly, they piled up dirt, rocks and attempted to wire it to the ground and used rocks and boulders to try and fix holes in the wooden fence. I paid over 11,000 for a fence that does not keep my dogs in or deers out. I was so overcharged for a product that is not doing what they said it would.
I got an estimate to fix their inconsistent install of $1,000. I emailed Marc and he did not respond until I emailed over and over. He has put me off for months and months and finally said he would come this month, but now will not return my emails.

We got a quote for a fence; and it was the cheapest quote around by far. Despite some concerns over customers saying lack of call back; we called our sales person to place the order, and upgrade to a privacy fence in front. We never heard back, so we gave him a call back two days later; figuring its summer and he could be busy. Not a peep! We ended up going elsewhere.
We cant speak to the quality of fence that Discount Provides, but the complaints about lack of follow up and follow through seem to be real. The address is an office in Milford, noone to actually go talk to. And the phone #s go to an automated system, no way to get ahold of anyone that way. Some people talk about email, but I never received an email address, and could not find on Discounts website.

We had our fence installed last summer. Recently a portion of the fence is swaying back and forth in heavy winds. We have called 4 times now to have the fence repaired; each time being told someone will be here the following day. so far no one has shown up or called to give an explanation of why they haven't shown. Pretty sure they have no intentions to fix the issues or withhold the 10 year warranty.

We had a fence installed last year and the workers were going very fast. Then we noticed the gate was too narrow. They only had enough material to make it barely big enough for my tractor to pass. We also had a coupon for light caps on all the posts. Mark Pucci offered us a discount if we just put the caps on the gates. We agreed and made the mistake of paying before he got them to us. Now, dozens of calls and emails later we have nothing. At first Mark kept saying he was coming and never showed. Now he just doesn't respond anymore. Moral: never pay until the job is 100% done.
