I don't recommend this. They are not professional though they listened to you. They won't give you any good suggestions.

I agree with many of the other Google reviews. Phil and James work hard to provide quality products and outstanding customer service. The gentlemen who installed the fences were equally outstanding. Without a doubt, we would use them again for other fencing projects.

I was impressed with the quality of all the work Fence Factory did to replace my fencing after a fall storm. I initially needed temporary fencing due to a lack of available wood in the fall. The quality of the temporary fencing exceeded my expectations. When the fencing recently became available after the winter months, the work exceeded my expectations.

Phil and James along with their entire crew were fantastic. From the design to installation it was a hassle free experience. The team was led by an experienced, skilled fence installer. The owner came out to review our property to give us a quote. The whole experience left us feeling like he did not think our project was worth his time or effort. He confirmed that feeling when he completely ghosted us. He never got back to us with a quote or followed up in any way.

This guy was rude and condescending. I had a picture of what I wanted taken from a few other website included theirs. He said was very expensive yet he never quoted a price. Then he started yelling, Do you know who we are? we do custom work, maybe you should just go to home depot I just looked at him in shock, saying to myself, Hey Dude you don't know what's in my pocket or budget. I went with King Fence (914-337-8700) and they gave a great quote did a fabulous job! Shame on you Fence Factory!

I called them out for an estimate and the guy was very unprofessional. He starts off about they do custom work for all the big wigs and don't really do residential. He started yelling for no reason about my neighbors yard and how they would have done a better job which was very embarrassing considering they where on their patio within ear shot. In fact the whole cul de sac heard him. I was very happy to escort him to his car.

I have consistently had the best experience with this team! Their products and variety are fantastic, but even more, their customer service is BEST IN CLASS! With weather and wear & tear over the years, you'd expect problems to persist, and they are always willing to come fix any issues when asked. They stand by their tremendous products and they are great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fence Factory provided professional and responsive customer service, offered more reasonable prices than local competitors, and executed a beautiful installation. Phil & James were extremely knowledgeable - they conveyed thorough explanations regarding fence materials, maintenance, costs, and installation and they effectively communicated any considerations for potential obstacles. They worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely fashion and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful people. Good communication come when they say they are coming. Honest hard working and I love my fence. Had to bring them back due to storm damage several years later when wind blown trees destroyed several areas of my fence and it was restored and match beautifully. Trying to find a good fence contractor was a tough process. I am glad I found Fence Factory. Their materials are top-quality and their work is world-class. Also, the owners Phil and James are dedicated to customer service and bring personal attention to their projects.

We hired Fence Factory to complete the fencing in our backyard. They also installed gates on the side of the house. We have two small children and I love the peace mind I have knowing that our children can play freely in the yard. I met and worked with both Phil and James who are brothers and they could not have been nicer. In addition to the fence and gates, they also built and installed an outdoor shower in our backyard which has been an amazing addition. Overall, we have been very pleased with the work they have done. The quality, price and service are all worth five stars!

After shopping around on price and quality I ended up going with The Fence Factory. I appreciate the fact that I was dealing locally with the owners rather than out of town sub-contractors used by the big box stores. I called for a free estimate and Phil (co-owner) was able to come out within 2 business days. After measuring the property and showing me samples I ended up going with fencing that was in stock and on sale.

The price was comparable to the big box outlets and I feel that the ActiveYard products are of better quality. Installation was delayed by one day but I was made aware of the change days in advance. James (other co-owner), Phil and their crew showed up on schedule and on time and confirmed all choices and what was to be done prior to starting work.

The crew was left to work on their own for the remainder of the day. I made a decorative change mid project and Phil and James were very accommodating. On day 2, 2 crews showed up to get the job finished. I couldn't have been happier with the results.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Phil, James, and all of the staff at fence factory are to work with. They were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. They were so flexible with our busy work schedules and got our fence job done beautifully! The price was fair and terrific and the quality is wonderful. We would highly recommend Fence Factory without any hesitation.
