I'm not sure if the expectation for this company is to receive payment prior to providing service, but the serviceman was very agressive and seemed agitated by the work provided. I select companies based on their reviews and this companies reviews are either misleading or the serviceman was having a bad day. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company.

I can't say enough great things about Tommy! I locked myself out of my house Wednesday evening and didn't have a spare key. I called American Lock and Safe because their reviews were high, and I was not disappointed! Tommy came from downtown (I live in Ferry Pass), arriving very quickly.
