Most likely my review will stand out compared to others as in the past I had been pleased myself about on-point diagnosis and finishing the repair right away. But apparently, being a returning customer is not valued by the company. May be all the High Tech Customer service call machine made the company also grow a high fly attitude. My repair service call this morning was accepted, scheduled for the afternoon, the High tech confirmation text was received minutes later.and I assumed my tenants would now be taken care of as it was in the past.
But not so this time. An hour later, Norman Heat and Air called me back, I assumed/hoped they had already an opening for earlier. But to my astonishment, someone with an insecure voice and wording tried to make me understand about a mistake that was made and they only have an appointment 2 months out. Highly doubting I may have understood that statement incorrectly I wanted to have confirmed what i just heard. Next, I was put on hold, only to talk to another someone lady that tried to sell to me about people are in training and should not have scheduled and did not know what they were doing, and that they only have an appointment 2 weeks out. That's was just too much of good Customer Service I could handle, kindly thanked and asked them to take me off their customer /email list.

Did some shopping for a new Heat & Air system and came across Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. From the estimate to the setting of the thermostat on my new system they were outstanding. Colton was very detailed and professional during the estimate. He was very helpful making the right decision for our home. It was an attic replacement and Austin (Tech) and Eddie (Apprentice) did an outstanding job removing the old units and installing a complete new system. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Quick phone call to a real person - so very helpful. Took info, scheduled a call on a Saturday afternoon within minutes of my call. Received text and email of appointment confirmation. Received notification that Randall was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, (capacitor failure) explained his recommendations and had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes from his arrival. Completely professional and nice. Thank you! We came into our business office on a Monday morning after being closed for 10 days and it was about 45 degrees in the building. I called our "normal" HVAC company and they couldn't see us until at least Wednesday. So I call Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing and Mike Finnegan was here BEFORE the scheduled time and had us up and running in less than an hour. Our new "normal" HVAC company is now Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. This is probably the best experience I have ever had! Thanks guys!

We have used Norman Heat and Air for years. Seriously, it's kind of ridiculous how much they've been at our house lately. They have never ever let us down with their services. TJ came out to unclog a drain and was so kind and patient, even with our very needy toddler and elderly deaf pug. He got our sink back in working order quickly and efficiently and gave excellent advice on how to prevent any issues from happening again. If we ever have problems with HVAC or plumbing, I'll never call another company.

A pipe to the well pressure tank had been chewed thru by mice. He replaced it and wrapped it in metal tape to hopefully prevent it from happening again. He was very quick and polite and understanding of the problem. I would not hesitate on having him do other jobs for us. Services: Outdoor system repair, Leak investigation and repair, Pipe repair

Not only did they make a same day appointment for me, they pointed out a mold issue I wasn't aware of and made arrangements to come back the following day to take care of the problem. Efram was a wonderful tech. He explained everything and made sure I understood the system. When returning the next day, he remembered that our family member was working nights and would be asleep when he got here so he knocked quietly on the door so he wouldn't wake her. Such consideration goes way beyond what I would normally expect.

These Guys are 10 out of 10! Always top notch. Tonight they came at 5. I was the last call of their day and they were here chasing down our problem until 8:30. It's cold and dark, they could have easily just told us it was fixed and gone home to their warm houses. They see every project through to the finish. Their work is well done. I am appreciative and impressed. They will be my plumbers for the duration.

TJ WAS AMAZING! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He troubleshooted my hot water heater, reset the temperature, and had it working in no time. Previously, he helped me find a leak under my house, recommending another company that could jackhammer up my concrete flooring and make the repairs. His recommendation was spot on! I appreciate a company that isn't all about money. Service and customer satisfaction comes first with Norman Heat/Air/Plumbing.

OVERPRICED - UNEXPERIENCED STAFF Quoted me on 6/15/21 for 4,600 to replace over 35ft of piping saying it was a one day job. First day out on 6/21/21 they unloading the truck and left because it started raining. They did not inform me so I called about 6 hours later and was told they will be back in 2 days. On 6/23/21 they unloaded the backhoe and hit the side of my house and a power line stopping work for the day.
Unable to use water I was placed in a hotel. Once back out to my house another power line was hit along with a gas line. The gas line upset me because I ran out to ask happened and he said he did not know. Ten mins later I see firefighters in my backyard; I had to find out from the.

Starting with the first service call response by Jaime (and learning our unit would need to be replaced due to the Freon being super low and the inability for then to charge it because of the type of Freon), to the appointment with Gus to discuss replacement options, to the calls with Brandi in the office, and to the guys who came to install the. new unit this morning.
I literally could not be more pleased. Every single person has been incredibly nice, polite and professional. Everyone has thoroughly answered any questions I may have had. It has been a stellar experience. There are other companies who may quote you lower, but I would encourage you to really do your research and get information from these people.
Don't limit yourself to just the "least expensive" option, because you could really be missing out on better equipment, higher efficiency, better warranties and stellar service.

No matter when we call, they have a technician here in a timely manner, take care of the issue quickly, and are honest about the problem and what is recommended now and long term without pressure or upselling tactics. When we called at 4:45am this morning (after waking up to a 50° house and realizing our heater had stopped working), we never. dreamed they'd be out so quickly.
Even in the crazy weather, Jeremy was here by mid day and had the issue fixed in no time. We hated for anyone to have to be out on the roads, but truly appreciated him getting here quickly and taking care of us. Thank you so much!

We got a unit put in about a year ago. Every person that has come to our house, has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our heat went out today, and the worker that came was Darren. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were all up and running before leaving even though it was late. I would definitely recommend this company!
