Critical: Professionalism First appointment I made they forgot about it and never showed. The second appointment I made, I had to wait 5 days and when I called to verify if they are coming out they couldn't make it again and it would have be another week "sometime". When I have tenants in my rental suffering from Oklahoma heat, this just isn't acceptable.

We were absolutely desperate after our AC cutoff during record high temps this past week. With an unresponsive landlord, a weird maintenance agreement with a single repairman who was "too busy to get to it for a few days", and a historic building with SEALED WINDOWS* (!) well, let's just say I nearly cried when Mekko (sp?) quoted the emergency weekend price (very reasonable) and said he'd be here in 30 minutes.
He arrived as promised, and after about 5 minutes had assessed the problem and thank the universe, but def not our maintenance person, fixed the problem. To put icing on the cake, he didn't charge us for anything but the assessment fee and called it good. To add to the drama, a cool front blew in and I nearly hugged him, (handshake sufficed), and happily parted with the money and cash for his time and kindness. A+++++ from Team Green-Eaton, we will live to fight another day. *And yes. We're aware of the absolutely bonkers situation we have found ourselves in. Suffice to say: YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

I have had two emergency calls for my HVAC unit in the last 12 months. My system is over 12 years old and Comfort Incorporated has been responsive put my system back to work with minimal cost. The first failure was the master board. It was replaced and the system has worked flawlessly. This week my 12 year old thermostat failed. I called and the GM Todd called me back in about 10 minutes.
The install for the new thermostat is complete and once again my 12 year old system is working. The crew at Comfort Incorporated is the best. When the time comes to replace my system, they will be the company I call to install a new system.

Had them come out to look at replacing a duct. They were two hours late, and then once they came the guy looked at everything and said he would talk to his boss and get back with me. It's been weeks now and of course he didn't get back to me. They advertise that they offer duct replacement, but in reality if the job requires anything other than selling you a new unit, they want nothing to do with it. Sad the HVAC industry has turned into such a scam, atleast in Oklahoma City.

My husband and I have used Comfort Inc. for a few years now & they continue to be helpful as ever. We've been a part of their yearly maintenance program for about 4 years & have really enjoyed the benefits it has offered. While it's only been twice that we've needed to call on them for a service call, each time they come out that same day! Over the weekend our unit had quit working, Monday we discovered the compressor had fried (possibly during a recent lightening storm); luckily the system was still under warranty!
The staff at Comfort Inc handled everything with the warranty company and by noon on Wednesday we had a brand new AC unit outside & a cool home. The staff, both service technicians & office, are always friendly. One of the managers, Todd, is always super personable and easy to work! If you're thinking about joining a maintenance program or are currently having central heat & air issues, I recommend giving these guys a call.

The first time I used this company, I had already called several other places without any call backs. I have a two year old and it was going to be mid-90s that day and Saturday, so I was desperate to get my air conditioning fixed. They came out 8am on a Sunday, which was amazing since I called them at 6pm. Since then, I have not used any other company.
I've now had them come out twice this year (I have an old system), and my grandma has had them out as well. This company is very reliable and anyone I have talked to have been really nice, understanding, and can usually come out within 24 hours. Great company with great people! I will definitely keep referring them to my friends and family!

Of course, as soon as it turned cold, I went to turn on our furnace only to find out it was creating a very loud noise due to a very bad problem. I called Comfort Inc to come out and they sent Daniel. He was very polite, professional, funny, and very knowledgeable. My unit is 30 years old and I didn't want to have to replace it just yet. Even though it was to their benefit and an easier job to replace the unit, they went out of their way to find the only part left in Oklahoma City that fit my unit.
It was then repaired and runs like a charm again. Moving forward, I will personally use and refer Comfort Inc to my friends and family. A huge thanks goes out to Daniel and Comfort Inc!

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your company. Mike and Travis did the install on my house. The professionalism they show speaks highly on your company. They were not only very courteous but took the time to answer all of my questions. Mike even took time to throw a football to my son. They made me feel very comfortable with all the work.

As a home builder, we have utilized this company for our new builds as well. I had a new Goodman HAC system installed last week and was extremely pleased. The owner and two service representatives were very professional, competent, and informative. Excellent Service, they are expertise of their job. 3 years ago they installed a new high efficiency furnace and they are the ones who has been doing the maintenance on our furnace. Richard was our first contact for the estimate and installation, he thought us a lot what we need what we dont and what is best for our needs in our home. He came and inspected himself as well after the installation.
After the installation, 3 years he provided best service with his top of the line crew. His company and service they provide amazing, trustworthy and they are definitely the most honest. Today Daniel was our service provider from ComfortOK team, he did an amazing job by showing up on time, informing and explaining about what was the maintenance about, what he has done and the importance of the periodic maintenance. I do appreciate their business and service. They do care about their Public reputation and definitely care about customer satisfaction!

Not too often do you get to say something good about work you have done. I would like to commend the two installers of Comfort Incorporated who installed our new heating and air conditioning unit. They were very efficient, had great personalities, worked very well with each other, finished on time, kept us informed and cleaned up as then went.

These guys are excellent! I signed up for their Comfort Club service 3 years ago & have been very pleased with it. They come out twice a year to check over the systems & replace the filters. They even fill out the paperwork for me to mail in to ONG to receive an annual rebate for getting the furnace tuned up! The once or twice I have had trouble with one of the systems they have been out the same day to fix it.
This year I needed to replace a system. : Todd, one of the managers, came to my home & did some calculations and provided me with multiple options that would best fit the area. He found me an awesome deal on a new top of the line inverter system for nearly the same price as a traditional fixed speed system. Install was quick & easy, no mess! Other than a now cool home, I would have never known they were here. Definitely worth a call the next time you need your heat/air services!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for air/heater repair in OKC. We had (what we were told) a simple ac fix, that has now cost us almost $1,000 and 4-5 visits. Each time the technician would go out, he charged our card without first asking us (they just kept our number on file) and every 4-5 weeks, just like clockwork, the air stopped working again.
When we called to demand an answer as to why they keep having to come out every few weeks only to charge us for the same repair, the employee we spoke with couldn't care less that we felt cheated and that they were going to lose our business. We feel like we've been cheated out of a lot of money for faulty "repairs." Save your time and money and call someone else!
