I have no idea how this company got 4.8 star. Here is the story of how they got 1 star from me (because I can't give 0): my husband schedule an appointment with them for Monday 3/28 1-4pm. Got a day off, stayed home and waited. Not only they didn't show up they didn't call to cancel or let us know it won't happen today. So I called the company, first I was told they will call me back (what?
To apologize?) Than I called again and they hung up on me (guess this company is run by a 3rd grader) so I kept on calling and calling and calling until they answer. I told me I am not interested in their service, you should do the same. Save yourself a day off for nothing.
