We offer you many types of appliance repairs for gas and electric stoves, ovens, microwave ovens, ranges, including built-in, side-by-side, bottom mount, and under-the-counter designs.

If your stove isn't working, we'll come over and look at it right away, diagnose your problem, and give you options for solving it. You'll always know the price right front. For your convenience, we can also fully install any stove for you.

We'll find out what the problem is and give you an honest quote on repairing it. If it will cost you less to buy a new microwave than it would to repair it, we'll tell you the truth. If you need your range installed, we will gladly handle that for you as well.

Our washer was not draining properly. Was referred to modern appliance by a local company that does not offer repair services anymore. The technician spent 10 minutes looking at the machine and says we definitely have a faulty pump. A new one will cost $300, and I had to pre-pay on the spot before it could be ordered. I paid, and the part was ordered and the technician was back out to replace the pump less than a week later.

After testing the pump the water still was not draining properly and that the problem was not the pump but the transmission. I was told there was no refund available on the part, and that the transmission replacement was almost as much as a new washing machine. I paid 300 dollars to replace a part that was not faulty and to find out the machine wasn't worth repairing at all.

No show, calls not returned. They were scheduled to come out for a warranty repair. If you get them through geek squad, call back and have them assign it to someone else.

Do not use this company to repair your appliance! They never answer the phone or return your messages. They sold me a part to fix my dishwasher, it did not work and they will not return my messages! Incredibly unprofessional unreliable company. I used them previously for a refrigerator that was broken and it was an absolute nightmare. I apparently didn't learn the first time.

Shout out to Ben at Modern Appliance who correctly diagnosed and fixed our Electrolux dryer issue that we had for 2 years. that a previous repair company and even Electrolux could not diagnose of fix. Impressed with Ben's knowledge; he also did the repair quickly. Service: Dryer repair

I never write reviews, but our experience is worthy of one. Our refrigerator and freezer went out over a week ago. They just came to our house for the third time and it is still not fixed, "a couple more days for the part." They initially put in a new compressor which would have cost us $840 without our home warranty and that wasn't even the problem.

I tell them that fix didn't work and that a "4" keeps flashing on the fridge temperature control. A quick google search reveals that is a control board issue. I tell them this on Monday. They send someone out here two days later just to tell me what I told them on Monday and they still need to order a part. They will have been out to our house FOUR TIMES and we will be without our only fridge/freezer for more than a week and a half. Was tied to them through our home warranty, would definitely look elsewhere in the future.

My experience with a recent refrigerator warranty repair could not have gone any better, from scheduling through work completion. The office staff and service technician were polite, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended.

Thanks for stopping the flood. My washer was flooding my basement and I needed service fast. Ken was out there within an hour and my washer was repaired. I couldn't of asked for better service.

Modern Appliance repaired my very old stove. I didn't think that would even be possible, but they diagnosed the problem and took the time to track down parts for my 30-year-old range. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much.

I called Modern Appliance on a Friday morning because when I woke up my refrigerator was not running and my food was thawed. I did not think I would even be able to get someone to come out and diagnosis it, let alone repair it before the weekend. Modern Appliance did just that. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired before noon. Thanks for the great service.

We strongly recommend you look elsewhere or call your appliances corporate company to get a recommended dealer in your area and avoid this company. We had called them to look at our washer the tech told us it was the door latch and replaced it - nearly $200 later he was out the door.

I give the a POOR all the way around. I took off work on a Thursday and they came back 3 TIMES saying they needed another part, another part, another part and then didn't come back at all. Now they wanna reschedule and I have to take off work AGAIN.
