I will try to be brief. I had to redesign my beautiful custom home, losing many important architectural aspects because the home was designed in such a way as to make it impossible to have HVAC on one entire side of the house. When I started the process, I stated clearly that I am unable to read roof plans and it was very important to make sure that the HVAC was feasible.
Though there are so many more important architectural failures, I will list a big one: I have a bedroom that does not even have a functional closet. There were absolutely no site visits during the building process other than to stick a sign in my front yard.

The City of Austin completed a renovation of the Morris Williams Golf Course and constructed a new pro shop and cart barn in 2013. The new two story pro shop building with the cart barn underneath the pro shop and food concession area has proven to be a great design for staff efficiency and patron convenience.
