Winn Wittman Architecture

My husband and I found Winn one Sunday morning and called him in hopes to leave a voicemail to express our interest in him bringing our dream home to life. Little did we know, he picked up to chat and even set up a meeting with us that very day! Winn is charming and really knows his stuff. My husband and I clicked with Winn right away and knew we wanted to work with him to create our new modern home. Winn is extremely professional. Has great ideas.

He took the time to flip through my look books and Houzz lists to get an idea of my style. We all seem to bounce ideas off each other quite effortlessly. If you're wanting a unique home with bold modern flair; Winn is your guy. He is on another level! In my opinion, Winn is the best in all of austin, or even Texas! Once we get the construction stared I will be posting cool pics of the process!

Winn did an outstanding job of designing a home for us in the Zilker neighborhood here in Austin, TX. In an area where city building codes can be very challenging, Winn masterfully navigated the codes to design and build a spectacular home optimizing the space to insure that every inch was utilized to the fullest. The design is both artistic and functional with some very unique architectural finishes that really made the house fun and beautiful. He gladly went through numerous revisions of the design prior to initiating construction to insure we were thrilled with our home. We can't recommend Winn highly enough.

Winn Wittman should be everyone's top choice for architectural work. He is not only talented and helpful, but is also very easy and practical to work with. When looking for an architect in Dec 2014, I came across Winn's website (http://www.winnwittman.com/). Without doubt I was immediately impressed by his past work. However, I was concerned that Winn would not be able to pay much attention to my relatively small one floor renovation or design a floor plan that fits my budget.

To the contrary, he turned my project around quickly, despite the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Winn also designed the floor plan brilliantly such that it maximizes the usable square footage. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mentioned that Winn finished the project to my liking (contemporary style) and within my budget (he worked closely with my General Contractor on this). It goes without saying that I would hire Winn again for my future architectural projects and would recommend him to my families and friends without hesitation.

When my wife and I were searching for an architect in Austin, we happened upon Winn Wittman by chance through a referral from a friend. We are extremely happy that we did. Nearly all of the contemporary architects that I've encountered were more interested in pushing their ideas on me than listening to my ideas. Winn Wittman is extremely talented and gifted at what he does. He is almost a miracle worker. We had all but given up on fulfilling our dream of having our own tennis court but then he proposed a very unique and challenging one of a kind design not to be found anywhere else in the world. a tennis court built on cantelevers hanging over a cliff over Lake Travis.

Everyone else we talked to said it couldn't be done, people literally thought we were crazy to build a tennis court on waterfront property. But Winn came through for us. His creativeness, attention to detail and throughness is unparalled. Besides his tremendous architectural talents, he also provides a turnkey solution including faciliting the coordination between engineers, construction, irrigation, even landscaping.
