Agree with all the negative review. So true. They come and blow eveything from leaves, trash, anything on the concrete into your own bushed or area off the concrete. I keep my area clean and when they come I have to go back out there and clean all the trash out from what they blown into my area. Have called and nothing changes. Terrible and I wouldn't want them on anyone's property to do anything. Dont sign with them in any deal. They are the worse. I could sweep trash into my bushes myself if that was the SMART thing to do!

Our community has been using New Image since 2015. Foreman Jeff Suzuki should be fired and maybe this entire company should go bankrupt for allowing such poor service. Jeff intentionally does not fulfill much of the contract and has made the community landscaping look like an unkempt jungle. He schedules his 2 workers for 2 hrs a week on our large property, when other companies at a similar price offer a full work day with 3 workers.
They only have time to mow some of the lawn and blow some leaves in this short time, and they enjoy a very long lunch break during this time, too. Instead of focusing on their basic responsibilities, they try to find bogus ways to make supplemental income from the property. We have a serious pest issue due to New Image shirking their responsibilities and allowing vegetation to get so overgrown they are touching the buildings, growing into sidewalks, concrete divides, etc. Dying branches fall on cars and there's less than the required 8' clearance along walkways.
The overgrown vegetation blocks safety signs, too. Since they don't fertilize the soil and they overtrim bushes/trees beyond what's healthy (causes plants to go in shock) when they get a work order request, this eventually kills the plants, which adds to the costs since they then recommend replacing the plants. The contract notes that weeds should be handpulled if treatment is not effective, but weeds are rampant throughout the property and Jeff made an excuse that they try to use "natural" remedies.
They charged our HOA $2k for a completely useless soap and water aphid treatment, too (I recommend using Clark Pest Control or some other pest company which will charge reasonable rates for effective treatment). We thought part of the issue was with our old association manager, but our new association manager had to pester Jeff just to get some litter picked up that was accumulating over the years. Jeff kept changing the goalposts of his excuses and ended up trying to propose a laughable $6500/mon contract to fulfill the basic landscaping responsibilities. Contacting Jeff directly didn't help either since he's unresponsive and very forgetful. He also tried to double charge for work we've already paid for.

Well, New Image has been our Landscaping company for over a year and all I have to say is a picture or pictures are worth a thousand words. A note to Pablo "TURN ON OUR WATER". New Image thinks that if the lawn is not watered they don't have to mow it, (which just so happens to be why we pay them). Our lawns were lush and green before New Image was hired.

This company is really bad - they are what I call "Blow & Goers" - if they can't blow it, it stays. Also they just blow leaves and trash into the street where it blows right back during the day, ensuring that they continue to have work. In my downtown, they failed to water the plants so that they all either died or looked dead and then had the nerve to to put in a $7K proposal to replace the dead plants - the dead plants that THEY killed! Seriously, when I emailed the crew boss, he never responded to my email and never addressed the problem and the destruction of property.
He also complained in a public meeting that he had a really difficult time figuring out that the plants needed water to live because "no one walked me around the area and showed me what to do, so the learning curve was really long". Seriously?! This is a "professional" landscape company? The first thing I would think of would be to find out what type of watering system was in place and where the controls were. I would never hire this company - they even tried to shift the blame for their incompetence to the previous company. SMH

I have worked with New Image on a few different properties that I manage. Their staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Their office staff responds to work orders and emails extremely fast and their onsite crew is really knowledgeable. I truly feel like I can trust them to make our properties look their best.

I love working with New Image! They are always quick to respond via email and phone. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out types of flowers, trees, and plants. I've tried a few other landscaping companies in the Bay Area but New Image is the best (service, quality and price wise!)

It has been a pleasure working with New Image. They are always available to meet and take requests and have turned around the landscape conditions for a couple properties I manage. Their field managers and representatives are genuine people who care a great deal about the services they provide. I highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs, large or small.

New Image Landscape has provided quality service for years. We have hired them for multiple job sites and they deliver quality work always in a timely fashion. They have provided landscape maitenenace to a number of commerical properties we own. They service the entire San Francisco Bay Area. I have strong relationships with their contacts and they provide excellent client relations. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking into a new landscaping project. Prices are fair, their service is friendly and courteous, and they get the job done.

My parents needed some front and backyard work done recently. A friend of mine suggested I give New Image a call and am I glad I did. They did an awesome job on my parents' property. Customer service was great. They listened to our needs and made suggestions of their own. All the work was performed in a timely manner and did I mention, their pricing was very competitive! Would highly recommend New Image!

I am giving this review 1 star because there is not other option and that is the lowest point in terms of rating: I called and left a detailed msg with my name and phone number. That was probably 2 weeks ago or so. They are either very busy or don't need the business. Either way, I am leaving a review base on what I've experienced here.

Very professional and they meet the City of Fremont's insurance requirements. I had a City tree that needed to be removed and I also wanted it replaced. Their price was very reasonable and lower than other companies I contacted. When I got home, you couldn't even tell they had been there, except for the new very small tree compared to the one they had removed. Their arborist Jim Nathan educated me on my trees - Never top a tree. Didn't know that. Will definitely use these guys again.
