Our HOA common area was having somewhat severe problems with our irrigation system. As the new Board member charged with watching over our common area and pool, I called on JPA landscape to come out and diagnose the problem. Our HOA has been using JPA since I moved into the neighborhood 5 years years ago. They also handle landscape maintenance for my own house.
Always dependable, friendly, and efficient, JPA technicians have been quick to address problems. Most recently, JPA tracked down a disconnect between our timer and a zone that was not watering. Took a lot of digging, searching and then tracing to figure out that the wire had somehow become disconnected and that earlier HOA members had improvised a fix. Mr. Carlos, our tech, figured the problem out, reset our timer, and now the property is thoroughly watered. This company is easy to work with, smart, and honest. I highly recommend their services.

I am a board member of a small HOA, JPA has been our landscape company for about 2 years. They have always provided us with the same level of service as a much larger customer, they answer phone calls and e-mails promptly and deliver on what they promise.
